I ordered the floral v-neck dress for my daughter's wedding. After waiting almost two weeks with the order saying processing, I emailed the company to be told it was out of stock. (The website still shows it in stock) I cancelled my order and 12 days later I still haven't received a refund. Very disappointed in the customer service. Wish I could rate the clothing, the dress LOOKED beautiful!
Return policy is a joke. Not customer friendly. I will never buy from them again.
It took a while for them to arrive as they did come from china.
The clothes are nice and stylish, delivery to Canada quick but I would have liked total to be in CDN dollars so it's not such a big surprise when it much more on the credit card.
