I did not have a good experience with this purchase. All of the sizing is much smaller than the U.S. - waste of my time waiting for the merchandise to return to only have to return it and lose money due to paying for the shipping.
Very slow, perhaps lost? It's been ar least 2 weeks, maybe 3 and no progress
I paid an extra shipping fee for my items to be shipped in time for a trip I was taking. As the time grew closer, I had to contact customer service myself to inquire about my items. It was then I was informed that 1 item was out of stock. Because they would not reach me in time for my trip, I cancelled the entire order. Still have not been refunded!

The clothing runs small and it is difficult to return any items. It has to be approved by customer service but takes days to receive the return address. They demand the tracking number or they won't accept the return. They try to get you to donate the item without receives any compensation, or a gift card for 30% less than what you paid. I will NOT order from a company that makes it so difficult to return items.
Bit disappointed - sizes vary - the medium ordered is obviously made by two different manufacturers.

My experience was horrible! My son is getting married next week and I ordered a dress to wear to the rehearsal dinner over 1 month ago. I actually ordered 2 sizes to be sure I would have the right fit. 3 days ago I got an email asking if I had received my order. Since I had not received the order I emailed them. They responded the next day saying both sizes were out of stock! Why did they take my money when I placed my order if these items were out of stock. Shame on them! Now, I'm a few days away from the wedding, no dress and ripped off because i paid for 2 dresses. Buyer beware!

Remember the saying "you get what you pay for" so true here. Most all were made bad, cheap materials. Came much later than said. Don't look like on models. Don't think I'll be ordering again!
