I've purchased from many internet sites but I've never before had an experience as bad as with these people. I place an order, for my wife. I enter their discount code, which checkout seems to accept. I ok place the order, it charges me at full price with no discount. I email them(no way to call) and ask that they apply the discount or cancel the order. They preferred to cancel the order. Now the fun part… getting a refund. They sure like to take their time returning my money. Took several more emails before they actually did that, several weeks later! My wife tried placing the same order again and pretty much the same results. They do not communicate order status to you and need to keep being badgered to give a refund. LET THE BUYER BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS!
The blouse I ordered was too small. I ask to return it. Was given a long drawn out explanation on returning it or could keep it and get a 30% refund. I'll be donating it to a women's shelter I think
It would have been nice for SOMEBODY to inform me that my purchase was not in stock, instead of constantly telling me to be patient as my order was "processing", which it was NOT!
I bought 3 dresses and they all fit fine but the pictures online are so hard to see with only one view so it is difficult to make choices. The white long sleeve dress looks like a nightgown not a dress to wear out.

Order never received. Despite contacting customer support. This was two times. Twice I received notification of delivery but when I checked tracking it had never been shipped.
Placed my order on March 6 and was told on 3/26 that my order was delivered which it hadn't and then in same email it said if you haven't received your package yet give it another 24 to 48 hours then email us if you still didn't get it. Then 2 days later I get an email from your site and my package is still out there somewhere. Will email them next week if I still don't have my package
Not the quality I would care to wear. Each top was cut differently and not for the better. Some of the tops were not a good materiel they seem very flimsy I would not ever purchase these from a store and I will be returning all but one top.

It's been a month and I still haven't received my order. Christine from the company tells me to give them more time after I got an email telling me to contact them if I didn't receive it in 2 days. Still waiting. Asked them to cancel my order but they won't. I will never order from them again.
