I was appalled with the return policy. It is convoluted and NOT consumer friendly. I don't mind paying a return postage fee, but AZLEE would then only provide me with a % of the purchase. I have related this policy to friends and family, and have registered my dissatisfaction. I will NEVER purchase a product from this supplier again.

As first time purchaser from Azzlee, I found the three different capris I ordered inconsistent in sizing and the material was not made of quality--it will probably not last long after numerous uses and washes. Work on quality and accurate sizing measurements when advertising. Give more support to your factory workers--encourage them yet work on measurement accuracy.
I did not intend to order from Azzlee. I started out clicking on a site called Modlily and shopped on it. When I went to check out it switched to azzlee.com and I didn't notice it until after I had paid and received the email confirmation of my order. I did not recognize the name of the company (Azzlee) that sent the receipt. In trying to confirm that this was a legitimate company I became increasingly concerned because the customer service would only allow email communication and the answers I received from them made no sense, did not give me a direct answer to my questions, and claimed (within two hours of the order being placed) that it was too late to cancel because the order had already been sent. I had to file a dispute with American Express and after a few weeks they credited me in full. The order never arrived, so I assume that means it was never really sent.
I was excited to order from this company because they said it was made in South Carolina. I wanted to get American made items. It was shipped from California with Chinese writing on it. The quality is very poor compared to the pictures.
I am allergic to polyester. I thought they were all cotton. Told u do not accept pick up of returns if package was opened. It was. Cannot wear poly. What to do? Wasted my money. Will you send me a prepaid return label, pls?

Half of what I ordered what out of stock & no one communicated this with me. After a couple weeks I reached out, they responded & were helpful. Items that were in stock arrived promptly. Clothes are fun & of moderate quality.
