The refund is done by first emailing the company to tell them why you want to do a return then you have to wait for them to reply with the shipping address and they explain what they need you to do. I did receive my ordered items, but they were terrible quality. The fit was off, the fabric was either so thin I could see through it or so heavy and stiff it was unwearable. I requested a return and got an email back quickly, asking me to keep the items and take a store credit. When I asked for a return address, I got no reply. I suspect they're waiting out the 30 day return time frame.
