Was a little hesitant to shop off Facebook but liked the clothes. Was worried about communication but turns out they did respond. I had to return some of the items but it was reasonably easy once they got back to me.

New company and not sure of sizing and material. Need to exchange an item for a size up. There is no return policy. You need to email customer service. You'll be sent a list of dos and don'ts. Including sending a tracking number within 7 days. Pay for the return and exchange. They hope you'll just keep the item and order another. It definitely puts up red flags for future purchases.

If you have curves up top then these are not the clothes for you. I ordered my regular size and it looks like I'm wearing 2 sizes too small.

Have ordered before three other times. No problem with delivery. Only clothing

Was surprised they did not fit. Usually a Walmart size 4 or 5 x fits.

Two of the pants are defective pockets are backwards and on other seam open and frayed

Blouses came within a reasonable time. I loved the colors and designs, but sadly - because this was my first time ordering from Azzlee, the fit just didn't do it for me. Per request from RITA, they were shipped back to you with the address she told me to use. The package should be at your Return site today 6/6/2022. I paid the return postage of $11.91. She said upon arrival, a REFUND/Credit to my VISA would be applied through Pay Pal. Thank you.

I am a first time shopper with Azzlee and found the company through social media. I was hesitant at first to order but was really drawn to the price, look and wide variety of all the products. While a few of the shirts I ordered were not true to size I loved the quality of the fabric and design of all of them. The ordering process was easy and shipping was pretty fast. Overall a great experience!

I ordered three items and expected to have only one shipping charge. The order for the third item was cancelled (why?)and the other two items shipped before I could learn what the problem had been. I think it totally wrong now that I have reordered the third item you are charging me a $12.00 shipping fee.

Not what i expected pa ts where too wide at bottom. Been ok if a little more tapered

I am waiting to hear back about my request for a return and refund for one tip—the color was not as expected. The other too was a perfect fit, and the color was beautiful!

Although dress was beautiful it was much too big. Arrive quickly but did not fit.
