Everything was way too small even though I ordered a size larger than I normally wear. The material is quite cheap and overall I'm very underimpressed by both the quality and the service.

I ordered 5 items, which took over a month to get. 4 out of the 5 were made with some unusual material. But 1 didn't fit at all. I emailed them to return just the one item, and they had me send pictures of all the bags it came in, all tags on the clothes, then still refused to refund my money because they said there isn't anything wrong with the item. They finally sent me a return mail address, which is sketchy... some rundown building(s) in Rosedale NY. I have yet to receive a refund and have American Express involved. So far, they are no help too!

I ordered five items. Three of them were nice and fit well. Two of them were very weird fabric which wasn't described online. One top described and shown online as red was actually a dull purple, very unattractive; and the fabric was like a thin, slick polyester.
I was very satisfied with the products I received but they were all just a little too small. I emailed them about returning/exchanging them for a larger size. I got a reply that stated their options. I decided to send them back via UPS but I still do not have a return authorization or an address where to send them.

I think everything looked really nice on line. Not as happy when I finally received the clothing. Everything seems to be made with flimsy material and cut too small. And it took a long time to get the order.
I changed colors while ordering and that set the default size back to smaller than I needed.

I wear size 2X in US sizes. I ordered 3X from you. All were too small... size 1X or smaller. Suggest you measure some US made Blouses, etc, to get sizes right, since Asians are generally smaller than Americans. Also, on the 2 Blouses with front pockets, the pockets were up nearly on the shoulder. They should be 2-3" lower. I cannot wear any of them. Liked the patterns and materials. Will give them to charity.
