Order paid extra for expedient shipping and nothing for days had to reach out to find out my order was held for one item and then it was not in stock then asked to order another item more days go by not in stock! Ruined my vacation totally!

BEWARE! I got ripped off. I placed an order which arrived about three weeks later.
The two items were too small!. I returned to exchange for a size larger. WELL, they claimed I could not return to sender. Second, it required a packing slip which was NOT included in my package. Third, when trying to correspond by email, all I got was ROBO responses. When I requested a phone number to contact them, well, they don't have a phone number I was told. Fourth, they claim they did not receive my return package, which my post office assured me was delivered. I forwarded the receipts from my post office to them. They continued to decline and just sent ROBO emails. Sorry, they just LOST a potentially good customer. And I'm out my money!

I ordered a few items from the Azzlee website for an event I needed to go to that was semi formal. The website claimed that shipping was fast so I thought it would be fine since I ordered 3 weeks ahead. My order came after the event. Each item was ok but not as nice as the photos showed. Them models all seemed super tan and anorexic which makes any clothing look appealing on them. The return policy is complicated and not worth the effort. I do not think I will order again from this company.
The return process is very cumbersome with built in tricks so the customer will not get a refund.
After return price is negotiated, the refund credit is not received and the email address does not deliver!
I sent email responding to "return information needed" on April 29,2024 at 8:49 AM. It is now April 29,2024 and I have not received the instructions on to return the dresses which are too small.
The dress I ordered was a synthetic fabric that did not look as nice as the photo version. And it's a good thing i sized up, because ordinarily l wear a 1x, and the 3x is actually fitting, so it runs really small.
I ordered the dress for a special party. The dress was too small when it arrived.
I returned two dresses as they were to large and I send a tracking number to the customer service rep.
