I ordered five items...four pairs of pants and one blouse. The pants all fit perfectly, but the blouse was HUGELY too large. I contacted *******@azzlee via email and asked about the return procedure. They replied almost immediately and offered me a return, refund or gift card option, However, since I replied that I would like the gift card, I have received absolutely no response in spite of repeated follow-ups.

I loved the quality of the items I purchased, however, sizing was not true to my size. Thus, the two denim jeans I purchased were too tight and had to be returned, which always proves to be a hassle in our extremely busy day-to-day culture.
Returns are very time consuming and require too many emails to set it up. It would be nice to have a return label with the order… a one step process. I had to email a picture of my entire order to them (an order # did not suffice), go to the post office which was very inconvenient, get a tracking number, email the tracking number, wait for them to receive the package and tracking number…all before they would send me a refund.
The dresses ordered did not fit. I am waiting to hear from customer service.

I needed to make returns. I read and followed their very through return policy. They were amazing at responding to my request - even giving me options. Just FYI, they do take 12-24 hours to respond, but even with a minor snafu on my end (operator error) and taking 3 days of communication to clear it up, they were very professional, polite, and amazing in helping me clean up my error.

Took way too long to be delivered. I was not informed that one item was not available until I checked on the shipment which delayed delivery even more. These were for a friend who had knee surgery and now may not need them. I think I will need to return.
