Goods were in Australia but took 3 weeks to be delivered via Brisbane then Sydney and then back to Tweed Heads - dealings with this delivery service have not been great in the past where regional cities are involved

It took over a month to get my items. They finally told me that my purchase was lost & asked if I wanted to reorder or just cancel. I got home & it had been delivered that day. I didn't like one of them as it was not as shown it picture. I asked for an exchange for another item & you tried to convince me to keep it for a small fee, plus pay for the new item. When corresponding back & forth I never get an answer for 2 days. Now it is very difficult to try & figure out how to do this exchange. I really like a lot of your items I see, but am so scared to try this again. I have been dealing with this order for almost 2 months.
