Very user friendly so far. I wasn't expecting much from the product but was very pleasantly surprised when I received my order. My only issue is that the size charts were not accurate for any of the shirts. The pants and shorts were great.

When I didn't receive the shipment despite paying for additional expedited shipping time I notified the company that if not received by the time my vacation started, I would not keep the clothing as the company did not meet the promise. Again, I informed the company when my vacation approached.

The pants were linen but the top was not. I wanted to return these but it took me 7 days and several emails to finally get the ship to address from customer service
