My overall experience is both positive & negative. I loved the products that I ordered! One item was big, and did not fit right. The second one was great. The company's sizing is off from what I am use to in the U.S. It was hard to know what size is comparable to order. I am not a fan of their return policy, as I am in the process of a return; and it is taking way to long to get this resolved.

I ordered a pair of pants that when received looked nothing like the pictures. They have an elastic waist and it is very tight. I would like to return them. The customer service has not received to my many emails requesting a return label.

The items have a better shape and look better in the ads than in person. The floral V-neck shift blouse was very small and extremely sheer. The other items fit but the lines were straighter than in the ads. I am prepared to pay for shipping the return but have been unsuccessful cessful in being sent the return address. No paper work accompanies the order, no return instructions tons or address. Eventually the return instructions were sent to me but not the return address. The c customer service has been frustrating and unhelpful.
I waited a long time for my order and when it finally came the clothes did not fit me, while I took great care to check the size chart. Also the colours are very different from the photo's on the website.
