I ordered to wear to a wedding! My order was placed 3 weeks prior. I still have not received my merchandise.

I disputed the purchase on my credit card, emailed the merchant they notified. I returned the merchandise at my own expense. I am awaiting a full refund.

I discovered after I placed the order that it was coming from China. It was not sized for an American woman. I ordered an XLsnd the item I received would fit a Lg. Or Medium. Very disappointing.

Very easy to order items however they were so late arriving I was afraid I had been scammed.

Hoping one of these dresses works for a wedding. However, neither worked. Both my size but one was too small and other too flimsy

The dress us too tight. I would like to return for a refund. If refund is given I will order items I feel will fit.

It took about 2 1/2 weeks to get my order. When I finally figured out how to track it I saw that it took a week before it actually left for delivery.

It is difficult to return an item. The responsibility for the return falls totally on the customer.

Unfortunately I will need to return all of the items as they don't fit.

The pants I got were not true to size. Better size up a couple sizes if you want to be comfortable. And they are vertically impossible to return. Not easy at all.

I had some questions about items.when I tried to return, they tried to get me to keep the goods ( they didn't fit).they delayed telling me the return address. I hate them!

Way too long long of a delivery time. The clothes are very well- constructed, high-quality material, and fit me perfectly, though.

I purchased four shirts. One was made of such thin material you could see through both the front and back put together. It could never be worn on it's own. The second was the correct shirt, but was long and below the waist on the website, and short and above the waist in real life. The third was a beach print that I did not order (I ordered a similar pattern) and it was more than doubly too large for me even though the tag said XL. The fourth was what I ordered and it fit correctly. That's $100 of clothing that I can not wear and have to figure out how to return. Very unhappy.

I have returned a dress. I never received info from you on an address. I used the return address and hope it gets to you!

I ordered clothes to take on my vacation. I even paid extra for faster delivery. That was a month ago & I still have NOT received my order! Very disappointing :(

Great selection, only sizes are not US sizes. Took several weeks to arrive. Material was rather thin and see through and didn't give at all. Return took some time but I received money back after paying for shipping. Overall, not happy

It took almost 3 weeks to get the clothing and the quality of the tops was not up to standard. Very flimsy and poor quality cloth!

I needed to exchange a blouse for a larger size and return a pair of shorts buying a different style. I was offered to pay $ to return them plus my expense to ship them back. The amount was higher than the blouse I was exchanging. Needless to say, and although the quality of items were good, I will not purchase from them in the future. Maybe I misunderstood the return email but was told not to mail products to the address they came from that wasn't their address 🤷🏻‍
