Am waiting for a response to receive the return address for my return. Only one item did not fit well. The others were fine

I ordered three items in two separate orders about 12 days ago. The "tracker" is no help whatsoever in knowing where the items are and when they might get delivered. We are very frustrated by being kept in the dark about the status of our orders.

The dresses were very small( ordered a 2x) the material was ok. The return policy is strange and confusing. You have to email the service support to let them know you have a return. They email with a list of requirements and options. You send a return email with your choice, then you are sent the address to return the dresses too. The dresses are very pretty and extremely reasonable however Azzlee fail with the convoluted return policy. The whole experience left me very unsatisfied.
Ordering was quick and easy! The size was was small and tight in the chest. Was not the fabric advertised and had no stretch to it at all.
