The return process is less than satisfactory. I was given the option of keeping it and getting a small fraction of the price back, returning it, but still having to pay for shipping, or getting a gift card. I decided to get the gift card and hope I'll have a better experience next time.

The services is very good, but the description and the picture are not what it look like. Also the size is not what it is written. I usually that size 10, so as you indicate, a Large fite 12 to 14. But it is not

Web site easy to use. I need to return 2 articles that do not fit. It's been a week since I sent the company an email for a return voucher but have not received a flolowup as of today.

I was shocked to read the tag that said, "hand wash only". I never hand wash anything let alone cotton. Wouldn't buy your clothes again.

I waited a very long time to receive my order. Did not realize it would take so long.

The order is fine and a great summer top for my desert.

I sent my return to the return address on the package. I tried to contact customer service twice before sending the order. After I had sent my return, paying $14 of my money for the shipping, I was contacted by Azzlee and told I sent the package to the wrong address and I would not receive a credit. So, I am out the money I spent for the product and also out the money I spent to return the package via UPS. I will not purchase from this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

The shipping took far too long because one of the items was sold out. The back and forth took awhile before they finally sent the shipment. Some of the items were incorrect so I'm sending them back.

All the articles of clothing were very small! I read the reviews and all said this company was true to size...unfortunately not in my case.

The pants and perfect, but the top and dress are two tight. I have sent 3 email requesting approval to return them, but have not received a response. Please advise on what to do. Thank you.

Requested now 5 times for return instructions although I do get a respond of how they can better help me they have done nothing to help with this return. Buyer beware, I now have to contact my CC for a chargeback.
