Trying to return this dress for a full refund is a joke. They list all the reasons I won't get a refund. I received the dress tried it on and put it right back in the packaging.
The tops I purchased are sooo cute but too small. You can not get a simple exchange or return. They have sent me 5 emails each time making an offer for me to keep the merchandise. Why would I keep what doesn't fit. Save your self the trouble and do not buy. They don't even have a customer service number because they are in China!

When I tried to reject this "offer" all additional emails came back as 'undeliverable', so I contacted PayPal for resolution and got a full refund.

This company is a scam and I can't get customer service to respond now. Sent an email that said I wish to return all three items. They sent back would offer 20% back and keep items and if not acceptable would send return address in next email. I said NO and wanted return address BUT when I tried to send that email response to *******@azzlee.com then I got a reply twice that MAILERDAMEON- mail could not be delivered. WHY Just send me the address so I can return. If not you are only proving the company is a SCAM
