I emailed a request to return all 3 items. So far we have fine back and forth in emails and no resolution. I do not have a good feeling. They want to offer only a 20% refund!

All I want to do is return my order for a full refund. I have emailed many times to get the address but so far have not received the address and whatever papers needed in the return. Very disappointed. Why does it take so long to send the address and instructions from them.
I'm being forced to rate at least one star. I ordered $235.00 worth of clothing on 2/18/23. It seemed like it was taking an extraordinary amount of time to be delivered. I reached out to Azzlee and they provided a tracking number saying it had already been delivered.
I checked our home cameras on the date and time it was delivered and there are no signs anything was delivered. I contacted Azzlee to discuss and after waiting 4 days for a response I decided to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. Within 24 hours they responded with a number to the shipping company and told me to call them. I called them and they advised since it was now 10 days after the delivery date there was nothing they can do since their policy is you must contact them within 5 days of the delivery. I reached back out to Azzlee and have not received a response. Hopefully my credit card company pushes back. Terrible customer service. Terrible reaction time.
Unfortunately the clothes ordered did not match the pictures. The colors are different. The sizing didn't work for me either.

But since a few days, I get an error message telling that the mailbox is disabled. Very disappointed. The quality of products is good but be sure you order the right size!
