The pictures of the products on line have been completely doctored to make the products look like something they are not. I bought what I thought was a vintage distressed sweatshirt for my wife and I received a piece of junk that is worse than Walmart. Different color, different material, different print, it was a joke. Can barely get a return so took a gift credit and it doesn't work on their website and customer service will not respond.

I am a large size woman who spends a lot of money on clothes. What I received from Azzlee looked exactly as pictured. They were absolutely beautiful things. But not one fit me. Even though I read the size chart carefully, knowing this was a possible problem. And when I emailed for return instructions, I was offered a choice of 35% cash refund (and I keep the non fitting items), 50% discount on a future purchase, or return at what they predicted to be a huge cost to me, and maybe it would be held up at customs or get lost in the mail and never even arrive. (I couldn't help but view that last option as a threat.) The fabric was thin and clingy; nothing like what we would find here even in the cheapest store. But I would have kept them if they had fit because they were so beautiful in design and workmanship. I sincerely hope that Azzlee can be the retailer that rises above these faults that seem common in the Chinese online market and offer products that are more reliable in size and fabric quality, and a US based return destination and process. They could even charge more: I would be the first one in line to buy.

I so badly wanted to love these clothes. The price is good but the 3 items I purchased did not were not like the pictures as far as the length. I will be sending items back which makes the deals not as good because of the cost to return them.
Shipping seemed long. Pants r cute. Shorts are an odd material. Not stretchy at all.
The top is far shorter than size chart shows, even with their variance claim. I have been going back and forth for over a month they ask me to measure then remeasure then say the same as the start. All I manage to get is 30% off. I can't actually return the item without being out of pocket to pay to get it shipped back. The time I and their CSA have spent on this is far more than the cost it would have taken them to actually cough up a label. Shop at your own risk!
