Product is no good. Product does not look anything like on line

This company is a sham and I took their bait. The clothes are very low quality and it took much longer than advertised due to coming from China. I'm sorry that humans have to make a living by deceiving others.

Want to return both items and this was my response: Hi Sorry to hear that. We can certainly help you with this return request. May I know which item or all items you would like to return ？ What size do you usually wear? Which part of the clothing do you think doesn't fit? I really need to know the return items and record that before offering the return instructions and the return address. Additionally, Please don't ship the item to any address on the package bag you received (that's not our return address). Looking forward to hearing from you.

I am out of town currently but intend to contact customer service as soon as I return home. I will never purchase from Azzlee again

I do not recommend purchasing from this company. I needed to return 4 items (half of the clothes I ordered). I contacted the company, and I am still waiting for the return address in which to send the clothes. I have exchanged 6 emails, and they do not reply with the address. My first email was sent on March 17th. They constantly ask if I will accept a partial refund and keep the clothes. They also say that you only have 7 days to make the return once they send the address in which the consumer pays the postage. Based on this customer experience, I now would rather return all of the clothes rather than keep even the ones that fit!

I don't buy clothing online often, especially not dresses. I wear plus-sized clothing and am always wary of the correlation in sizes between companies.

I love the three dresses I ordered, despite some measurement issues. All appear to be high quality fabric and good sewing procedures. The only flaw is that the size of the sleeves does not equal the overall sizing of the dresses. The sleeves are super tight where they should be loose and comfortable. Because of this flaw, I need to send the dresses back for a refund. I hope the process is easy and quick.

Size chart is way off (2 sizes - M is more like an XS).

NOT worth the hassle and expense to return which is how they make their money.

Would not recommend.

Please send a label return items and send a refund.

No live contact with a customer service rep. I've been waiting days for return instructions address to return goods. Quality on pics and what you actually get is misleading.

Semi satisfied. Actually love the geometric print blouse. Very disappointed with the ill fitting floral one. Not keen to shop again

Fabric cheapened the look of the outfit. The fit was ok.

It was ok. I had a little trouble taking off the size small dress I first ordered. I decided I needed a medium.

When I wanted to return item they offered me 20 per cent of merchandise which would be about $6 when I declined & wanted to return they never responded. Big scam do not purchase anything from this company
