What size do you usually wear? Which part of the clothing do you think doesn't fit? I really need to know the return items and record that before offering the return instructions and the return address. Out of the two blouses I ordered, I was satisfied with one although the sizing was large. The other blouse is hardly wearable since the material is so filmy thin. The blouses were not really worth what I had to pay for them.
I do not recommend purchasing from this company. I needed to return 4 items (half of the clothes I ordered). I contacted the company, and I am still waiting for the return address in which to send the clothes. I have exchanged 6 emails, and they do not reply with the address. My first email was sent on March 17th. They constantly ask if I will accept a partial refund and keep the clothes. They also say that you only have 7 days to make the return once they send the address in which the consumer pays the postage. Based on this customer experience, I now would rather return all of the clothes rather than keep even the ones that fit!
I don't buy clothing online often, especially not dresses. I wear plus-sized clothing and am always wary of the correlation in sizes between companies.
I love the three dresses I ordered, despite some measurement issues. All appear to be high quality fabric and good sewing procedures. The only flaw is that the size of the sleeves does not equal the overall sizing of the dresses. The sleeves are super tight where they should be loose and comfortable. Because of this flaw, I need to send the dresses back for a refund. I hope the process is easy and quick.
Size chart is way off (2 sizes - M is more like an XS).
NOT worth the hassle and expense to return which is how they make their money.
