I haven't received my merchandise yet, how in the world could I rate it! I'm about to cancel the order and dispute the CC charge! I don't even get a response from the customer service site! Very poor!
2 of the 5 items I ordered I'm keeping. The 3 I'm returning don't fit well and are poor quality. It's proving to be a very rigorous process to be allowed to return the items I don't want. It should not be this hard at all.

I need to exchange the tops for a larger size. This is where I ran into difficulty. I could not get the return address for the exchange, and was told I would have to pay the postage. Another option was to keep the tops and they would give me a 35% refund. I have now chosen the 35% refund option, but have not received a response from customer service.
This dress I received was not the same as shown in the picture. The picture shows a beautiful hem line below the knee. I received a straight cut slip dress that went to my ankles.

I ordered multiple items and did not care for the fit or the quality. They were posted as shipping more than eight days before they actually were shipped to me. Now that I have them, no one from customer service will respond so I can return them. I have sent an email and used their online request form. Their website says they will respond with 24 hours. It's been 5 days since my email and 4 days since my online request. Save your money - do not order from here!
The clothes all look very well made and are cute. Some small issues with sizes, but overall love it.
It's unbelievable how this company works. I ordered 4 items 3/9 & on 3/17 asked for a status update since the website said they'd email me when the order was shipped. No response. I received the order on 3/23 and emailed them on 3/24 to let them know I need to return 3 out of the 4 items because they did not fit. The 3/27 response asked which items I need to return, what size I usually wear, etc. because they need to "record that before offering the return instructions and return address. I responded on 3/28 and on 3/30 they respond offering me 20% compensation if I keep the items which I declined on the same day. 4/3 I receive their response which is a copy & paste of their return policy found online and again offer me 35% compensation if I keep the items and offer a $103.90 give card. Again I decline the offer and ask for the return address. It is now 4/7 and I still have yet to receive a response. They have a 30-day return policy from the day you receive the items and they have now wasted 15 days of that time. Mind you, they continue to stress not to return the items to the address they sent it from. My next step is to file a fraud report with PayPal and blow up their site on social media if I don't receive an immediate response.
Delivery was slower than I expected and items were not what I expected overall. Did not try to return wrong color top because original delivery so lengthy. Clothes are just okay.
I contacted customer service to work out an issue with one of the items. They are failing to respond to me timely.
Overall ok. Just cut slender. But I should have thought about it linen does give. But it is beautiful and very upscale casual for summer.
Merchandise arrived quickly. There was no return sticker in the packaging. I will be returning 2 of the 3 items and am hopeful all goes well with the return. Thank you. Great site.
