I would never order from these people again. I should have done my research before ordering and seen what others had written. You basically can NOT return anything to them. I wrote 3 emails till finally got a response.They still would not give me a return address. Finally they do a deal with you which is horrible but I ended up taking it because I was tired of dealing with them. I will in turn sell them to someone since they have not ever been worn. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Do your research before ordering anything from them.

You can't return anything without a Return Authorization Code and I have made 5 separate requests now and they won't respond to provide a code! I can't find a phone number ANYWHERE to call to get a number. According to their site I have 30 days from the date of arrival to return for a full refund. After that date I can get an exchange but I'm guessing I'm most likely stuck with $300 in clothing that doesn't fit and most definitely all made in China. The quality of the clothing was horrible and the sizing was all over the place despite ordering the same sizes. I have to believe this is a SCAM company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The dress that I purchased was too large and I knew as soon as I opened the package so I did not try it on. I emailed the company as to how to handle the return as there was no packing slip or return instructions attached. As I did not hear back in a timely manner I packaged up the dress and took it to the post office and paid $15 for a return. After that time I received an email saying they would refund me 20% if I kept the item. That was really weird to me and I emailed them again I received another email showing a fine print circled in red that states not to return it until I received instructions. This is no way to do business and I never had such an incident like this in all the times I shopped online.

They try to get you to take a 30% credit to keep pdts. No ty. All reviews I've read are saying sane thing. I've contacted PayPal. Filed a complaint. Asleep keeps you hanging w NO resolve. Horrible scam.
