The clothes were of great quality. However, they didn't fit do I sent a message just as directed in the request for approval to return. I have not heard anything in regards to returning the items. That's what I'm only giving 3 stars at this point.

I can't get anyone to rsvp to get a return address/label from since April 12.
I requested authorization to return as nothing in my order fit correctly. Had to send multiple requests before anyone responded and then again before I was provided a return address.
I was looking forward to getting my clothes but nothing ever came.
Probably won't order again since sizing is so I consistent.
I ordered a pair of pants and a shirt. I was happy with the shirt, although the quality was not great. I wanted to return the pants. Customer service did a fine job responding to me.
