Carefully followed response procedure when my order from Azzlee was not received in a timely fashion. Waited 48 hours and used the "send an email" address, which bounced back as a failure. Feels like a problem for the Better Business Bureau. I am very, very disappointed, and will be pursuing this legally with my bank.

Difficult. I would link the product with the tracking number. You shouldn't have to re-enter the order number. Also. Tracking needs to be updated accordingly. The product was superb.

I feel the size chart needs to be more specific. I find that ribcage area is too snug and need to size up.

The dress I ordered was damaged. I followed the return/refund instructions and the email bounced back saying it is an invalid email address. I tried calling the Customer Service number and it just rings and then disconnects. I am VERY angry that I can't reach anyone to get a replacement dress that I need for an event in one week!
