Wanted to return two items because they didn't fit and there is a rip in the pants at the knee. You have to jump through hoops - like first get approval for the return and of course have to pay to ship. Then pay more shipping fees to replace. They kept pushing me to keep the items, offering 20-50% refund. I finally caved and kept the items - that don't fit.

I ordered and received two dresses. The whites in my dresses were not as they appeared to be with the online picture. Instead of a bold white, they were like a water color white. The sizing was not accurate and I wanted to exchange them...i.e., a 2XL is actually a 1XL, a 3XL is actually a 2XL. There are no free returns or exchange. The 3 options given all would cost me an additional $40. Customer support was decent given the time difference.

After being billed to cc February 12, ordered in January. I received an email a one point making certain of delivery - which I didn't receive. No credit was given to correct non receipt.
