Through TikTok I ordered some tops from Azzlee. Placed my order, paid the bill, got a confirmation and then nothing. Weeks later, I received an email with a link to the shipping company so that I could track my order. The link leads to a non-existent web page; there is no such company as ontimeshipping.com. When I go to the Azzlee website, I am unable to create an account that will let me view my order status. I have had 2 emails with them, after trying to get an update. Both referred to the broken link to the non-existent shipping company; the last one said this is all part of the process.
It has now been close to 2 months since my initial order. No product, money taken from my account, and no competent customer service rep to speak with.
Definitely feel ripped-off at this point. I should have been more skeptical of the "good" reviews interspersed with the bad reviews on TikTok. I have my doubts as to whether or not this "company" even exists.

Dresses ordered did not fit. The return policy is crazy. They will give you 30% of the price of your order back. Or send the order back and they give an undeliverable return address. I will never order from this business again.
