Good afternoon. I placed an order for a single item with standard delivery. It took almost 30 days to recieve it. I thought that was really long. The good news is that I like the item.
Wanted a dress for a graduation party thought I would try this company, the graduation passed by and didn't get the clothes. They told me that one item was on back order so I said can you please send the rest for now. Then waiting again to get everything. Finally came and nothing fit me. Did not like the material. The tracking didn't work either. I asked where the clothes were coming from and never got an answer.

Show clothing that looks good on site however when receiving them the material seemed it cheap so I would not order from you.

There was not one item worth keeping! I just bagged them up and sent them to the people less fortunate. It was not worth the time to return. The blu stiriped blouse was advertised as linen/ not. 100% polyester. The gray linen shirt, very bad quality. Dont even remember the other

Through TikTok I ordered some tops from Azzlee. Placed my order, paid the bill, got a confirmation and then nothing. Weeks later, I received an email with a link to the shipping company so that I could track my order. The link leads to a non-existent web page; there is no such company as ontimeshipping.com. When I go to the Azzlee website, I am unable to create an account that will let me view my order status. I have had 2 emails with them, after trying to get an update. Both referred to the broken link to the non-existent shipping company; the last one said this is all part of the process.
It has now been close to 2 months since my initial order. No product, money taken from my account, and no competent customer service rep to speak with.
Definitely feel ripped-off at this point. I should have been more skeptical of the "good" reviews interspersed with the bad reviews on TikTok. I have my doubts as to whether or not this "company" even exists.
