Clothe were honestly terrible! Asked to return them, never got a return address, then I was completely ghosted! Could not get a response from customer service at all! I had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get a response and even then they wouldn't give a return address. Ended up accepting a 50% discount and I keep the clothes. So now I am out of pocket with a heap of rags that are not wearable!

Apart from not being happy with the product, I am appalled by the return/refund process and the behavior of customer service. After my initial request for return address and instructions, I received the email offering me multiple options instead of returning the product. There was no return address in that email. I responded saying that I am absolutely determined to return the product. After receiving the return address and mailing the product, I provided Customer Service with the tracking number. In the response message I was told that the refund will be issued in 7 days after they receive the package. On the 8th day, I sent them the reminder with the link to USPS web page showing that the package has been delivered to them. No response. As of today, it's been two weeks after the package was delivered, and I have not received any response from Customer Service, and no refund. You can guess that I would never even consider buying anything from this company. As to the refund, I'll give it another shot at trying to contact them, and if that does not work I'll dispute the charge for the original purchase.
In general, the quality of the garments is very poor. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The return/refund procedure is cumbersome and tiring - not only you have to send an email to request the return instructions, but you have to explain and reconfirm that you really want to return the order.

Be careful with purchases. Some items are true to size but others are not. None of my items looked to be the same material as in the photos.
