Site products look fabulous but what arrives is not as good as the photo. You purchase from Australia and are told items can be returned, but the surprise is...they must go back to USA. I'm in NZ so new post costs wouldn't be good BUT to the USA no point as way too costly. The Company did offer a compromise but I'm stuck with items that are no good for me and not really eye catching to on sell, so will have to donate. Will not purchase again as way too risky and costly.
First experience shopping with Azzlee, unfortunately sizing incorrect and despite return policy my experience proved this is no easy task. Azzlee are NOT prepared to accept product back for full refund or exchange, very DISAPPOINTING. I had planned to order more items but after this not sure I trust customer service and satisfaction. I don't need to keep items that are not correct, let alone have to pay for it!
Poor customer service- I sent a email with my order confirmation and never received a return email-despite it being over 72 hours.

Your clothing is absolutely NOTHING like you advertise. What I received was cheaply made clothing that looked like you could buy in a cheap Asian market. You falsely advertised the quality of your clothes and rip people off!

It is kind of hit and miss with the items. Some are great others not so much. If they aren't good it is impossible to get your refund. They offer a small percentage of the total spent. So not always happy.
Disappointed with overall experience. I selected a larger size than required and nothing out of 7 items fits me.
