Very disappointed! Took 3 weeks for this business to finally tell me the lovely shirt I had ordered was actually out of stock! Very poor business practice. I am now awaiting a full refund.

I ordered - and paid for - 4 pairs of hand-knitted gloves. The quality is very bad and threads are already loose. Also, I only received 2 pairs. After my enquiry I was told they are not available anymore. The answer was written in bad English, but I will try to respond - do not expect much though. I should have read the reviews before purchase!

If I had known the garments were totally synthetic, I would not have bought them, because I prefer to wear breathable fabrics.

No packing or returns slip, can't return items they give you a 30% refund on the goods you want to return and you keep them. Not sure if this is legal. Please read reviews before you buy.

I had an issue with delivery. When I contacted the company they were responsive and helpful.

Trying to replace a back ordered sweater...or get a refund...where do I do this not too happy with this company...also they never advised me the item I ordered was on back order.

I recently purchased a blouse that did not fit properly and was not a fabric I liked. I thought I would try to make do, but just knew I wouldn't wear it. I had the original bag the blouse came in, but not the tag or the clothing bag. The company professes a super easy return policy, but this was not the case for me. There was nothing in the bag to instruct. When I looked online, I found the return policy to be very tricky and complicated and unyielding. They would not allow a return of the item without the bag and tag, so I will not again shop with this company. I wish they would include a return policy in the pkg so I could know what to plan for.

Difficult to get fold lines out even after washing.

If I knew what the refund/return policy was I would have returned a couple of these products
