Attempted to return two items but have been given the runaround. I was eventually told the return address was in vaguely in America (NJ) so they offered to let me keep items while they gave me a 30% refund... which went to 50%, then 70%, then 80. I gave up and accepted this and was told to contact them if I'd heard nothing further in 30 days (when, frankly I expect them to have vanished). I would NEVER buy from them again and am unlikely to shop online in future for any clothing.
I contacted them several times. Would not refund my money. Finally offered a small refund back to my account. Nothing has been sent. Very Disappointed

This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. Clothes didn't fit (were all too big) and of poor quality! When I tried to deal with return/exchange, it took multiple tries before reaching any kind of resolution. Even though I was not happy with the outcome, a portion of my purchase was to be refunded and after almost 2 months, I am still waiting for it to come through. Absolutely the worst customer service/experience I have ever had. Would definitely take a pass on shopping here!

I requested 2 items to be exchanged for the next size up to XL, I requested a return address 3 times, but they still would not provide one, I also offered to pay extra on top of postage costs so that I could track the return parcel, and they still would not provide a return address.

I requested that I return all 4 items and receive a refund for the items as I do not want to deal with a company that does not honor its terms and conditions.
Azzlee 'Haggled' for a refund amount first offering 50% refund, then 70% refund and I keep the clothing, but no full refund of the money I paid and now i have 4 items of clothing I can't wear, and still no refund and they made it impossible to return the clothes.
This remains an ongoing issue as 6 days later and I still have not received my refund.
I have sent All email correspondence with Azzlee and a full report to the Australian ACCC.
