I wanted to return 2 out of 3 items purchased but there is a massive reluctance to accept returns. I was initially offered 30% of the cost and to keep the items. I managed to negotiate 70% but have still not received the refund. Very disappointed and will not shop again.

Top I received was nothing like advertised and then making it difficult to return offering me to keep top and get $11 back top The top was too small anyway but I was going to have to pay to send back! Not impressed and will never order again. Doris Wright
