Easy site to use. Very disappointed with my purchase however, as the dress is faulty with the hem being noticeably longer on one side than the other therefore I cannot wear it. I do not want to get it altered by a dress maker as this will just make it a very expensive dress which defeats the purpose of buying it.

Your Sweatshirts are only styled as a sweatshirt the fabric is not of sweatshirt quality - means a heavier & warmer fabric. I was looking for sweatshirts of the quality that you would wear in cooler weather not the same fabric as your regular tops.

When you announced the dress wasn't available and you would refund me up to 3 weeks later, I was sure yep I was a fool. I let it go, and decided never to order from unknowns again BUT true to your word and way ahead of time my money was fully refunded. I will definitely look at your selections again in the future and not worry about your honesty and good business practices. Thank you for that!
