Over the last two weeks, I have emailed three times to ask how I can return the sweater and get a refund. I was asked to take many photos of the the sweater and email them, and I still have not received any instructions about how to return the sweater. I don't know if they will give me a refund!
The blouses did not fit and the material was not at all what I expected.
The sleeves are tight on both garments. You should add.5" to inside sleeve seam. Otherwise the t-sweatshirts fit fine.
The V-neck sweatshirt needs the facings top stitched so facings don't flip to outside of garment when wearing it.

I had no problems dealing with Azzlee.
There was no parcel tracking like most online stores though, so wondered whether this was a scam initially as I was first time customer.
I am more than happy with my dress and will certainly find it versatile for casual or dress up.
Previous purchases have been just great and good size, but all these were a size 10 but much larger

The clothes on the website looked amazing and I was very excited to order but what I received was a far cry from what was advertised. Poor quality, shapeless, odd shapes and mostly not something I will ever wear. I lesson learnt I'm afraid as I will never order again from you.

Purchased seven tops all were to small. All Azzlee customer service wanted to do was keep offering me a partial refund and for me to keep the tops. After several emails and running out of patience I accepted the refund as they wouldn't give me a return address for a full refund. I have since washed all the tops and they have all shrunk. The fabric is poor quality. I would never buy from this company again.
They responded, but you can't return the items, and the best they can do is refund you 70% and tell you to keep the things! Now I am here after 20 days without receiving the refund and with three horrible quality tops. NOT RECOMMENDED!
Need to go at least 2 sizes bigger than normal if you a UK 16/18. Nice garments
This would have to be my worst experience ordering clothes online. The order took at least 2 months to finally arrive and the sizes were wrong...AGAIN. Even the replacement tops were different in their sizing, when they were both supposedly XL. So yet again, I am unable to wear some of the replacement clothes. Also, I will have to personally re-sew the sleeves so that I can wear the dresses. I will never buy from this company again. They really need to have a more specific clothing chart so that you can make informed decisions. And the token dress/ribbons after such a fiasco was insulting.
It would have helped with more details regarding waist and hip measurements and more comments about sizing from people who have purchased the items. Thanks
