I ordered tops which are supposed to be sweatshirts but are made of polyester and very little batting in the lining. Cute graphics was why I ordered them but they are uncomfortable and cheaply made.

I was positively discouraged NOT to return any of the goods. A returns address was never given to me as an option and an extremely poor refund of $88 on a $280 purchase was offered which I accepted as there clearly was not an option to return any ir all of the goods. Very disappointing.

Wanted a casual fun top for Christmas/winter season...
I ordered 3 or 4 shirts plus a pair of socks on December 9th or 10th. I did not get a tracking order and finally on January 11th I decided enough time had passed and contacted them to see what the delay was. I find out that one item is out of stock and the shipment was on hold. When I ordered this item, it did not state it was out of stock. Had I known this, I would not have ordered the item and wish they had contacted me saying so. I have told them to cancel the entire order and refund the purchase price, we'll see what happens.
The sweater was unevenly constructed and very large for a medium. When I wanted to return it the company offered me a discounted dollar amount to keep the product. In my opinion this is a sketchy way to do business. I took the discounted return offer just to move on and will not be purchasing from Azzlee again.
I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and she loved it! It took a little longer to arrive than hoped for, but made it just in time to go under the tree.

Ordered 3 items. Only 2 came. Was charged for 3. I inquired weeks after ordering it and was Told the third was out of stock, but the company still charged for it. Did I have to ask not to be charged for the third, or was the company just going to hope i didn't notice and charge me anyway. This is the way of thieves that would charge without delivering.

I purchased the 2 dresses for my wife for Christmas. The color and style are exceptional. Typically, My wife takes a large in missy size. When my wife tried the dresses on they were tight in sleeves and other areas. Therefore I requested authorization to return the dresses and refund.
