Paid £40 on a knitted cardigan pic2, and received a button up sweatshirt worth £5 look, pic1 is what I got and pic2 is what you think you are buying! Today they replied with an insane email stating that due to an unusual phenomenon colours may differ! Totally astounded that a company hopes your are thick as mince and blind. Do not buy from this company it is a scam site!

I ordered goods 28th August 2024 quoted delivery 8 to 12 days, its now 17 days no goods received and it's almost impossible to co tact this company to get a clear answer, they have taken payment, there is no contact phone number the good were a birthday present now passed. It appears from other comments made by customers they are a con. And there appear to be no way of gaining a positive outcome.

I do not recommend buying items from this site. They want to return the money, although it is written on the suit that it is easy to return. They take time with correspondence and do not give a return address where to send things. Avoid this site

I ordered some items from this company which arrived today, they are poor quality but more to the point far too small for the sizes they are supposed to be, My biggest concern though is the so called "returns" Policy. Bad enough that the customer has to pay to return faulty items, but it has to be "approved" by Customer Services before you can return them, now my "account" has literally no record of any orders all it has is my name and address, and any attempt to send an enquiry comes up with "Incorrect validation" as I need to have an order number to be able to even return the items, I am stuck until, or even if they reply to my email, which by the way is the only way to contact them unless you count messaging them on facebook. They have no physical address, no phone number and what's of most concern is the so called returns address on the package..."Undeliverable" PO Box 4168 Reading and what looks like inhua... what on earth is that supposed to be? I have to say that I am very very wary of this, I will never make the mistake again of buying from this company or indeed any other one that does not have a legitimate address, my advice to anyone thinking of buying from this company is. DON'T! I payed through PayPal so will take up their disputes option if I don't get a satisfactory response within the nest day.

Horrible product. Miserable customer service. No return or exchange policy. Be warned! Do not do business here.

One top itches so bad I cannot wear it. The other on is too small. Very cheap quality does not look like pictures.
