This place Avas flowers SUCKS! I ordered flowers for valentines day, and the flowers arrived 3 days later, I tried to cancel the order but, nobody answers the phone. When the flowers did arrive it was the wrong order, the flowers were dead and looked like a kindergarten child tried to put them together, the card that I ordered to go with the flowers was not there.
You would be better off going to a grocery store or a graveyard for flowers rather than this joke of a florist.
Stay clear of these imbecils. BIG waste of money!
I ordered flowers for my job mom March 21,2022 at 11am for a delivery to be made on that day. Here it is March 22,2022 still waiting on the delivery. I will never order from this place again. They will get a bad review from me on every website that will allow me.
If I would have the option to give zero starts to this review I would do it. This people lie to you and they just don't care. I placed 2 orders to be delivery on Mothers Day and as the day is ending I called them to see why my flowers haven't been delivery and they just told me they couldn't make it possible for today and on top of that they don't refund your money, they kept the service fee which was a total of $40 and my mother and mother in law are not even receiving the flowers. I spent almost 2 hundred dollars just to get upset this day and loose $40 for nothing. I would never order flowers from this place again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do it. The manager on the phone was so rude even told me she was going to hang up the phone on me not understanding my frustration. This is unreal! Worse customer service ever!
I ordered "She's got Style She's got grace" arrangement. It was advertised as a.tall vase FILLED with big pink roses, small pink roses, tons of purple statice and smaller gerbera.looking pink daisies. What was delivered was a short round vase filled with a lot of green shrubbery, 3 large.pink roses, twk clumps of phlox, carnations and some smaller hairy looking flowers. I ordered the size "as shown" which looked full and vibrant" when I called to state my disappointment they said that the flowers are to be close to what is shown but will not be exact. They actually name the flowers that will be used in the description. That is not what was delivered. I will not be using them again. Go elsewhere. I could have picked this arrangement.myself.from my yard...
The flowers were for a very special birthday and the flowers our daughter received were no where close to what I ordered. I am very disappointed and feel the price was too high for what she received. The first pic is what she got the 2nd pic is what I ordered.
My significant other ordered from Ava's for Valentines Day and it was a bust! He ordered Fri 2/9 and was told the flowers would be delivered between the 13th and 14th, I didn't get them until the 15th and they look nothing like the arrangement he picked out, nor did I get the personalized message he wanted to send with it. Arrangement was delivered on time but looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered. Not in the correct vase and majority of the flowers were yellow daisies. Probably worth less than $10 and I paid over $75.
No apology from customer service, tried to explain that they sometimes make substitutions. A bouquet pictured with two types of purple flowers and orange lilies should be delivered with some type of orange and purple flowers. WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN!
I ordered a bouquet of 18 white gerbera daisies on Friday afternoon for delivery before 11AM on Saturday. At 4:30 PM Saturday I received a phone call saying they could not fulfill the order but could substitute white mums instead and deliver on Monday. I cancelled the order and would never deal with this (company?) again.
They did NOT deliver flowers as confirmed.
I had to notify them that there were no flowers delivered and reschedule delivery.
They did NOT deliver what I had ordered, NOT even close, NOT even in the ballpark.
They would not return a courtesy call back to me, I attempted to reach out to them twice.

Ordered flowers for a friend for the loss of a loved one, then found out they couldn't deliver them until four days later which is too late.
Tried to cancel online and although they say there is a way to do it online an error message occurred that said I would have to call. I called and After going through a long menu of options which all seemed to be working their way toward letting me cancel the order, I heard a message that said they couldn't cancel my order then, "goodbye" and click.
They have four days to cancel my order, if they will take any communication from me, Which so far, they won't. They wouldn't even take a message. $135.00 rip off.
Paid $115 for flowers, 3 balloons and a teddy bear to be delivered to my 11 year old grand daughter's hospital room who just had a brain tumor removed and lost her speech! Husband gets a confirmation that it was delivered but it wasn't. She still has never got them. They checked the hosp. And came up with nothing. Now the company is trying to get a hold of the store to no avail. I think I got robbed! AVAS Flowers. Boycott them

I ordered the red white and you arrangement. They said they were out, and asked to substitute it with a dozen rosses instead. I agreed, even though it wouldn't be as pretty. Then, they delivered what looked like cheep gas station flowers, not a single rose. Not in a vase, that was separate. I spent $90 on what should have cost $16, and it was for her birthday. Now I look cheap, because they totaly scammed me.
Very disappointed in the floral arrangement that was sent to my GF. I purchased the "same as shown" and the amount of flowers wasn't even close to the picture. I paid $88 including an enormous fee that they charge, so feel like I got scammed even though when I called they only gave me a $25 dollar refund. I'm from out of state so I won't ever use Avas Florist again as a business. Beware when you order flowers here!

Terrible experience for this grandmother who tried to send flowers to her first grandchild living in Helena MT, who was the valedictorian of her high school class. I ordered on line the day before the event so it wasn't a rich order and received email saying my choice was unavailable & I was given only 3 options, roses only, which were not acceptable to me. I attempted to phone customer service twice, waiting each time for over an hour. I tried to cancel on line & was not able to cancel the order. The graduation took place but my beautiful granddaughter did not receive any flowers from this totally disappointed grandmother. Shame on Avas!
Horrible service ordered the flowers and then was told they didnt have the one we wanted so we cancel they didnt want to give us our money back and they still gave use the option to get a different one so we chose a different one and it didnt get there like they said when it was scheduled to arrive and another thing they dont tell you about the service fee of 17.99 till you go to pay which not good service to me should see that before you go to check out
I ordered an Purple Orchid on July 19th to be delivered on July 28th for my Mother's Birthday. As she lives in another state. Anyway they contacted me the 29th and told me the flower was unavailable. They should have contacted me sooner to let me know so I could have made other arrangements. Instead they waited until the day after her birthday to contact me. So beyond frustrating and disappointing. Unable to get a refund. We spent $78.00 and it's just gone. Do not buy from this company.
I placed an order for flowers online for my daughter's birthday. They charged me market price for a modest bouquet and then added three service charges. The service fee was $20 + delivery fee + transaction fee. They guaranteed delivery same day. Twenty-four hours later, they had still not been delivered. I asked to cancel order. They would not, claiming the order was in process and would be delivered soon. Not delivered... on to next day. Called Avas again. Would not give me the name of the florist who was contracted to deliver the flowers. Flowers still not delivered. Filed a BBB Complaint. Still waiting. Do not, I repeat, do not use this service. Check the Better Business Bureau. There are so many complaints filed against this company that there is a red alert of buyer beware on their account.
I ordered flowers via the company's toll-free number for a friend's birthday. I ordered them on a Monday, December 21 to be delivered the next day. While on the phone, the representative kept trying to upsell me, which was annoying. The flowers never arrived. I went to the company web site and inquired several times as to the whereabouts of my order. No one replied for a week. On Monday, December 28, I waited on hold for a total of 45 minutes to speak to a representative. I was told that because my order fell during their holiday period there was no delivery date guarantee, and that the information was indicated on the web site. I could not find anything on the web site. No one told me when I called that there could be a problem, nor to visit the web site for further information. The representative finally agreed to refund the price of the flowers but kept the 'service fee' of $17.00.
The website makes it seem like those are actual options, but NONE of what they have is what you will receive. They scammed a lot of people out of money including me, they advertise same day delivery and require you to call them to find out if they will even deliver it on time. The customer service departments go to is just to get an alternative address in case they can get the random flowers to that location on time, which they aren't even sure of because they are 3rd partying it to other florists who won't and don't need to prioritize it. So you get what they have due to availability and what not, from the reviews I'm almost certain my order got messed up, it might not even arrive to her house by today either because the customer service lady may not feel like updating the information, and there is no way to find out. My payments been processed and that's all they cared about, better off going to Home Depot and UPS or fedex the flowers yourself, at least you'll get the right ones.
I called Avas Flowers to send a bouquet to my aunt for her birthday. The CSR I spoke to was half asleep. I had to spell my Aunt's name 7 times, and give him her phone # twice. I requested a yellow ribbon to match the flowers. He got everything wrong and the flowers were delivered with a blue ribbon instead of a yellow one. The flowers were delivered on time, and they were beautiful. My aunt loved them. I'll be using Avas Flowers again. I'll just make sure to talk to someone else.
Answer: It's a scam. Very dishonest company. They advertise with a very detailed picture of their flowers, sizes and pricing. When my daughterv received these flowers they didn't look anything like the picture online. I wish I could attach a photo from my galleria for you to see. The picture tells the true story
Answer: I thought they were a local florist. Bc when I typed in the city and Avas Flowers popped up. They are NOT a local company and they are NOT a florist company per se. The Real business name is Flowers Tech Center, Inc... doing business as Avas flowers. They are out of New Jersey and they contracted florists in your local areas nationwide. They don't make the bouquets and the ones on the website are nowhere near to what you're getting. Which is CRAP! LEFTOVER flowers thrown together LAST minute and supposedly delivered fresh from their warehouse. FRAUD & SCAMMERS! Use your local florists or buy them from your grocery store which would be much better and NOT costly. Save yourself time, money and headaches from rude customer service reps and all you get is the run around and lies.
