Order 3 DVD's that were supposed to be INSTOCK with delivery of 3/5 days. After 3 weeks of chasing delivery, finally got reply to email and was told there had been a fire in the warehouse! DVD's arrived 5 weeks after placing order from Malaysia. They were pirate copies and very bad ones at that. They couldnt even copy the front covers to fit the DVD cases. Dont order anything from them. They will rip you off!
Ordered DVD on the 1st August, order status shown as pending for approx 10 days, finally changed to processing, but still no DVD after 18 days, site seems to have dissapeared, sent four e-mails through the on site contact us with no responce to any of them, do not touch with a barge pole, complete rip off, don't expect to see my dvd or cash again.
Paid for 4 dvds, not receieved after automatic despatch response over 2 weeks ago contacted 6 times via email to site and company and still no reply.on bank statement the funds were converted to cyprus currency etc. RIP OFF
