Yes exactly the same as me, forwarded mine to trading standards. Contacted alertpay and got reinbursted as they did not play corectly and were pirated.

My dvds came this week in Blue Ray format from Malaysia - they looked like Pirates. I do not have a Blue Ray player so I cannot even watch them.

Eventually got dvds a month later and came from penang malaysia and were pirate/counterfit and did not work correctly. I have now been assured that alert pay will refund my money.
