I bought 2 Catalytic Converters and neither worked. The can't be a coincidence. Now they will not replace them or refund me the money. You could almost hear the joy in the persons voice when I asked for a refund that a 100k mile part was a couple days past the silly 6 month warranty... rediculous... never would have bought it had I known. I assumed they were reputable.

I order brake part for my vehicle according from auto service information, easy to see what i need because they ask that my front brake one piston or dual piston, so my front brake is single piston but they still send me front brake for dual piston. I contact customer service and they accept return no problem but i have to pay shipping cost because their mistake. Brake part heavy and shipping cost isn't cheap,i just dump wrong part and never buy any thing from auto $#*! again.

If i can give you a pile of dog crap as a rating i would. Order placed and paid for 2 day ship. Never came. 7 days later still no radiator for my wife's car. I could have drove to canada and back to louisiana with the part in 2 days. Y'all should just go out of business! Don't do business with this place! You'll get screwed

I bought a radiator from autoshack through Amazon, I had the radiator Professionally installed at my local automotive shop. Where are they charged me $300 for installation fees. Come to find out the radiator is defective and leaking on the top were the plastic meats the aluminum i contacted auto shack told them the issue and they would not send me a replacement radiator to replace the defective one, I will never use this company again and I will make sure to let everyone i know in the future to never buy from this company.

Don't buy from this seller. Sent the wrong rotors and pads not once but twice and tried to say I made the mistake ordering. Nothing but excuses, on top of their mistake they want me to pay return shipping. Shipping is more then the parts are worth. Buy from Axiom they standby their products and free shipping on returns

First time having issues, but brake calipers are defective out of the box, mounting brackets have been tapped wrong and mounting bolts can not screw into them. Ben trying to get them to warranty them as I paid the extra for extended warranty. Created claim answered all their questions, provided them with all the information they asked for, and then they ghosted me. Today they closed the claim for inactivity, but it was their own inactivity, I'm still posting on the claim asking for updates. Uck with the parts in the past, but now knowing there will never be warranty, it's just not worth buying anything from them.

I paid for overnight shipping which I was under the impression that you would receive the item in 1-2 business days. That's absolutely false, every other company will process your order the day payment was approved. It is a total scam, don't waste your money. It will never come any earlier if you pay for it. A complete payment scam

They don't return ur money even if parts an return good condition all not used still don't get ur money back not right never again I'll buy from auto shack becarful everyone there dirty grimmy company I'd give them zero stars if I could close em down they wrong we work hard for are money

They gave me the wrong part on more than one occasion. The last time was rotors, they aknowledged the wrong part and said I could return at my expence. I still have them after buying the correct part somewhere else

I ordered from them through Ebay and I'm glad I did because I was able to use Ebay's "Item not described" money back guarantee to force these "people" to refund me my money despite their attempt to force me to pay for return shipping. If you buy from these bozo's on Ebay and they send you the wrong part or its damaged please utilize Ebay's Buyer Protection program and select "Item Not As Described" which will force them to send you a paid shipping label. If you communicate with Autoshack through messaging or by phone BEFORE letting Ebay know there is a problem they will try to convince you that they will need to investigate the item before they will send you a PAID shipping label. They'll try to convince you of this, simply follow Ebay's prompts under "RETURN ITEM" and they'll have to send you a PAID shipping label otherwise Ebay will step in and they'll be forced to give you a refund and allow you to keep the item.

This not a good place to purchase part for your car, i got a radiator in april 2023, it started leaking this month, less than a year, i asked for the warranty to get it replaced and them said the warranty has been expired, in another words i waste my money, i not recommend this place, be careful with this place

The staff care more about the warranty upsell then giving me good parts. Terrible company. Cheep parts.

I ordered a part from them and they sent me the wrong part when I went to return the part for a refund they told me that it would be a few days until thier company investigate my reasons, I never installed the part because 3 different mechanics stated that it would not fit. I reached out again to autoshack several days later and they said it was still under investigation...by this time I am highly upset I am the consumer and they are the retailer who quite obviously had no intentions on refunding my money, after minutes of going back and forth with an unhelpful agent she proceeded in saying that I could send the part back but I would have to pay the shipping cost, and even then getting my refund didn't sound too promising. Autoshack is a disgrace to the auto industry and should be fed flagged by the BBB.

They sent me the wrong parts and are making me pay to return them due to them not sending the correct parts

Not sure why the review is reflecting as such but we had the best experience with AutoShack through Amazon.
We purchased the [ BCPKG0239 Rear Drilled and Slotted Brake Rotors Calipers and Performance Ceramic Pads Kit Set Driver and Passenger Side Replacement kit] for my '05 Scion tC EVERYTHING looked well manufactured, fit soundly and all parts have performed without concern so far!

I ordered from them on February 16th as of March 31 I still have no product and no answer form them.

I've ordered from them for over 5 times now as they are the only place I trust who has genuine parts for my motorcycle. They always sell them for a very reasonable price which I'm so thankful for! The parts are authentic and I trust them a lot.

I'd give a 0 but it wouldn't let me. I spoke with a representative and he gave me part# to order for car. I did more searching and because this was fastest company for shipping time we went with them. So I ordered the parts based off what representative gave me. Received parts today 01.11.23@ 12:39pm and when arrived they were wrong. Called to get these shipped back and get correct parts sent on *******@2pm but was told I had to pay for shipping because they "couldn't" find my phone call. So now I have to pay for their representative mistake! This company is a scam! Making me pay $90.00 in shipping cost for $143.00 part. This way they get the New NEVER removed from box/plastic wrap parts back for 53.oo to resale Full price. They made money off THEIR mistake and I have to pay. RIP OFF COMPANY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

HUGE warning though. The website is the worst. Online ordering is not user friendly. This is a common problem with this company. Every time I order online there are delays and several phone calls with ZERO

Stay away from the WEBSITE. Big pain in the rear!
