I had the worst experience with this $#*! company (Automoves) I recently moved to Alberta and contacted this company to move my car. The booking agent named "Lynette" gave me the details of a person named "Sam - SSS Transport" and asked me to contact him for the pick up of my vehicle. Now this person "Sam" has stopped working with automoves past 2 years because of some money issues. Since this booking agent (Lynette) gave me this person contact and I called him and gave my car to him to be moved to Alberta on 06/23/2021. My nightmare started from then this person took my car and never gave to automoves. Finally I have to fly down to Torronto to get my car from Sam and then contacted automoves.
Another worst experience started by then due to constant calling both the parties has blocked my number. Lynette will never pickup the call when I called. The address they mentioned in the invoice is also not correct as its showing Etobicoke but the office is situated in Mississauga (Torronto).
Now the main person named "Andrejs - dispatch guy" very sweet in talking but always tell lies. I got my car back in Alberta on 08/05/2021. Andrejs promised me to reimburse all the expenses that happen because of Lynette for her carelessness and yesterday he promised me that the amount will be transferred to my account. So am all set to raise a police complaint and meet a lawyer to file a case of fraud.

I was looking to purchase a Mercedes AMG S65 for my 40th birthday and found the one I liked in Vancouer, however, the dealer's suggestions for transport were not to my licking (3 weeks). I contacted several companies in Toronto area as well as Vancouver and Automoves was the only company able to to provide enclosed transport to my residence in Vaughan in 7-8 days. I closed the deal, booked my transport and received the vehicle as promised. I already recommended their service to Mercedes.

The incredible lack of communication led us to believe our car was stolen. We filed a stolen vehicle claim with the RCMP, Consumer Investigations Alberta also has an open investigation into this business and contacted us for our report, we were not the only people to file a stolen vehicle claim against the company. They CANNOT guarantee their delivery times as they do not have their own transport, they hire third parties and they cannot be held to the delivery time expectations of this company. They are basically a broker for moving cars. Our vehicle was suppose to have left Alberta on August 14, delivery time guaranteed 12-14 days, well on day 15 no car, day 18 RCMP called, day 19 told the car would be arriving the following day, day 26 still no car, day 27 with pressure from the RCMP, Consumer investigations, threat of a civil suit, threat to call CBC and everyone we know calling them because they were screen our calls, we finally got the car on day 28. You do not need this kind of stress in your life. Please, do not use this company.

I was too concerned coz that's my first car- Audi A4. Well, AutoMoves exceed expectations I had and shipped the car carefully. Fine services.

Automoves is not a scammed company but their behavior and actions were similar to scammers and frauds, caused me too much depressed and scared that my car might be stolen. Fortunately, thanks to the help of policeman, I got my car back. I hired Automoves to ship my car from Toronto to Cold Lake, but they did not deliver my car after 2 months. They did not answer my call-phone, my text-messages, my emails until I went to RCMP-police station to ask them for help. Policeman helped me to contact with Andrejs, he promised he would deliver my car soon, but he broke his promise, he only gave me the address of the yard in Edmonton where my car was stored. Finally, I had to go to Edmonton and picked up my car after 3.5 months. When I dropped my car in their office at 1401 the Queensway- Etobicoke. ON, they promised that my car would be put on a truck and then delivered to Cold Lake after 3-4 weeks, but in reality, I myself went to Edmonton to pick up my car after 3.5 months. I am very frustrated with their customer service. Their service is the worst, so don't hire Automoves. This is the worst auto movers, very bad in communication and unreliable, so BEWARE! Its 4 weeks now since they picked up my SUV from Windsor to be delivered in Vancouver. One of their drivers picked my car on wed 23rd Jan and delivered my car to Automovers in Toronto the next day because they told me my car would leave for Vancouver on Friday 25th Jan. I believed this guys, I didn't check and they didn't reach out. Jan 30th, I contacted them when is my car arriving Vancouver? Shockingly they told me the driver delivering my car would be leaving Toronto the next day - Jan 31. A week later, I reached out again they told me, my car should arrive on 13/14 Feb. Trust me nothing happened, not even an email from them. Friday 15th Feb, I managed to reach the ALMIGHTY Dispatcher on phone after several attempts to get hold of him on phone. He said we would let you know before 3pm and claimed they sent me updates - absolutely not true. Its Saturday, not a word from these guys. Disrespectful and dishonest. Its Feb 17th... I'm still counting and no words from them. Disappointment!

First off we live in 2017 where you can find out something pretty quick. Well not with automoves. They seem its ok to tell you what you want to hear and do something different or nothing at all. Frist they were suppose to pick up a truck in alberta and ship to ontario. Simple you would think. Not for them. Said they picked up truck but they never did until a good week and a half later. Told truck was on its way. Well after a week was told the driver didnt want to stop and headed straight to toronto where the truck sat for 3 weeks with the windows down and in a location not owned by or rented by automoves but there as a favor because they did not want to pay for the extra delivery cost to my location. Emails never answered and phone messages never returned. Had to go get the truck myself after 5 weeks waiting for them. Promises and lies are all they can be credited for. They are a joke of a business because they said it was on a car hauler but in reality it was in the back of a van trailer. Have a picture to prove it. No respect for you property only care about your money. Good luck dealing with them if you decide but i would advise you to stay away unless you like being kept in the dark and lied to time and time again. For what they might save you spend the extra on a reliable carrier not a broker like them. They are just sad to deal with and are crooks. Here are the numbers i had and email addresses.
