Automoves supplied a quote and assured me everything would be fine they would pick-up the vehicle contact the seller and load my vehicle in a middle position. None of that was communicated to the trucker no confirmation from theri dispatch after promising calls back on 2 different days. No confirmation back when I cancelled the move and to the point they did not contact their trucker as the first he found out about it is when he asked for the pickup location a day later. Would not recommend this service to anyone who wants answers or on time delivery
I would like to thank Automoves for getting our family suv delivered on time. I was travelling for work so it was important for my pregnant wife to have access to our vehicle asap. Mark helped us set up pick up in Calgary within 3 days of contacting Automoves and our car shipped to Mississauga in less than a week. I found it very helpful that we were able to leave some personal effects inside the car during transport. Very helpful service.
I buy vehicles on the regular from Alberta and BC. What I have liked the most about Automoves is that they can handle running and non-running vehicles. Some of the cars from Copart and Impact are in pretty bad shape and other guys won't touch them. Being able to bring them at same cost without ridiculous surcharges is a major bonus.
This is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with. Andy Leeds is nothing but a coward liar. My car was three weeks late and not once did he even answer his phone. I had no clue where my car was for weeks. This man and this company is a fraud not to sure how they even have a business. Especially after reading more about him and this business. All they did was lie and blame other people. Could not be accountable for anything. Giving this company money is like asking to be ripped off. I would advise anyone not to deal with him and after reading all the elderly people they stole from they should be shut down. Absolutely sick people.

Not only did they fail to pick up my vehicle as promised, they never return calls... pick up the phone or answer messages when there voicemail is not full. Not worth one red cent! What a waste of time. Business should be shut down. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau
While shifting from Vancouver to Ottawa and hired AutoMoves.ca to move our large vehicles to Ottawa. They shipped it very carefully and on-time with 0% damage. Also, their shipping rates are really competitive.
This was a great service. Automoves delivered the car when they said it would be delivered. I was getting updates frequently by text where the car was and the estimated time of delivery. They are reliable and the whole process went smooth with no hick ups. I will use them again.
Didn't read the reviews until they shipped my Mercedes S-coupe from Toronto to Vancouver. They charged me 1600+, and promising it will arrive on 24th. The car safely arrived Vancouver yesterday, but my key ring is gone and they moved my personal belongings. Don't know if other people got their car.
This is the second time I have used Automoves and they were just as good this time as before. Pickup was on time with a thorough inspection of the vehicle and it was delivered earlier than promised. Our driver Albert was the same as before and remembered us, the pickup and delivery addresses. Everything went very smoothly this time as it did previously. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.
Do not use this service, likely you will not get a response from them for weeks. You will likely receive your vehicle with damage. No way I would ever consider them or suggest to anyone
Got a quote and instantly knew it was a no-brainer. These guys operate across Canada. I had my car in Medicine Hat. A driver got in touch with me, gave me plenty of advance notice, pick up went smoothly. I flew in to Toronto few days later. My car was delivered on time to my house. Superb service! Definitely recommend Automoves.
This operations is a scam. DO NOT USE this " so called company " two people work here by the name of Andrejs and Lynette. Absolute scam artists. Did not deliver vehicle as promised. This company needs to be investigated for FRAUD. Automoves must automatically move away and avoid your calls once they get your money
Automoves shipped my Toyota Prius from Calgary Alberta earlier this month. I was referred by my realtor friend in Toronto and took advantage of being able to ship personal items inside the car. Delivery took 8 days from booking and I paid at their Toronto office.
The owner is an $#*! who pretends to be running a big company so he can't be bothered to answer the phone and in the end charge you with daily storage fee
In reality this is just a small corp with one man amd one outsourced secretary (who also don't answer the phone) sitting in a small rented dirty warehouse unit

Automoves helped deliver my Tesla Model X from Vancouver, BC to Toronto, ON. I chose the enclosed shipping option and got the vehicle across in 9 days. Automoves quote came in $200.00 less than TFX and service was faster as well. My only complaint is I wish I could pay with Amex, but that was not an option. The service itself was excellent.
My husband got a new job offer in Toronto and we had to make a few swift decisions regarding our personal belongings and family vehicles. The new employer required us to provide a few shipping quotes and Automoves offer came in as the most competitive one. We were offered a family discount based on our 3 vehicles and the service was great.
