Professional team! I entrusted my BMW shipment to Automoves back in September, but am only now writing this. I was quoted good price and reasonable timeframe. Sceptical at first, but had a good feeling, and glad I went with my intuition. The communication was clear, straight forward process and good service. Highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs their car shipped.
I would like to thank Automoves for getting my vehicle delivered safely from Calgary to Toronto earlier this month. I was provided with a written quote that remained the same and my vehicle arrived in 7 days as promised.
Received a quote in 2 hours, submitted to workplace for approval, dropped the car off at their Edmonton warehouse on Monday and received at my door the following Tuesday. I wish more transactions were as simple as that!
I hired Automoves to help deliver my vehicle from St John's, NL to Toronto, ON. The quoting process was easy, I got a call back and email the same day. Mark arranged our booking and setup drop off date. My car arrived as promised, within 8 days (I was told 7 to 10) and I picked it up from Automoves warehouse in Mississauga. All in all very pleasant experience given that I have never shipped my car before. I would have given 5 stars, however, I could not pay my bill with a credit card which was somewhat of a bummer. But the company advised of this ahead of time so in the end all is well.

These fraud artists were quick and efficient at scoring our business, promising to ship our vehicle faster and cheaper than any other company we researched. The whole experience became a nightmare from start to finish, our truck went missing for some time and it ended up costing us more once we found it! It was never delivered to it's designated destination! The list goes on and on and on, lost multiple nights of sleep over this one. Research your moving company, we learned our lesson the hard way! It is most unfortunate these clowns are able to run a business this way and get away with it!
Andy Leeds is a liar. He promised to deliver my car but lost it. Refused to answer phone calls or emails. Nothing but lies from this company. Worst services ever. I wish I read reviews first before trusting this scam artist. No idea how this guy is in business still.
I would give this company ZERO stars if that was possible. They shipped (or say they did) my uncles scooter and it never arrived. It's been over 6 MONTHS with no response after dozens of emails and promises made from Automoves to resolve the issue. I would STAY AWAY from Automoves if you want your items to be delivered and not be ripped off. They don't seem to care about their reputation as a company or taking care of their customers. Please, DO NOT USE THEM!
Worst company ever. My car was supposed to arrive in a couple weeks, it has been a month now. They're creating fake issues. I swear if I don't get my vehicle soon or damaged, this company will have a lawsuit at their hands, these scammers.

I asked Andy to ship my car from Toronto to Winnipeg on Jan 18,2015 sunday, my car was supposed to arrive there Jan 22 or Jan 23. But it was never be there. I called Andy a lot of times, he didn't answer my call and I could not leave an voice message. He only text me asking for payment. When I asked where was my car, he said in transit. Until

These guys are pure criminals. They have no intention of providing the service they claim to do. They take the car and store it and try to scam as much money as they can. I have 2 addresses for them. 55 village center Mississauga and 1568 Queensway Toronto. Whether its Paul, Andy, or Mark they are all the same person and all crooks. Beware people hopefully u see this before you book with these bottom feeders.
Scam, this company do not deserve to have any business, it took 4 month and 2200$ to get my car shipped from ottawa to vancouver, car arrived damaged, missing a light, and paint are scratched, they dodge my calls, do not replay email(unless you talk about money, instant reply!), do not reply text, they cost me thousands of dollars on repair and car rental, dishonest and rude people, never give them your business, I have pics and text, email history to back me up.

DO NOT USE. Accepted a job at a premium price and then completely dropped the ball. Did not answer multiple calls or emails, nothing. Had a client waiting all day for the vehicles. Found another carrier at lower cost who got the job done and did it fast and good.

A car I shipped from Ontario to Alberta arrived with numerous damages done to the body and the engine. Other complaints: 1. The car was 2/3 full with gas but arrived 1/3 full, indicating that it was driven part of the way; 2. A pair of boots shipped in the trunk is missing. Have not answered multiple emails and calls. I'll refer the matter to Consumer Protection Ontario, and will seek legal remedies.
I was nervous bcz I anyhow needed my car shipped to Ottawa within 3-4 days. Stressed level again raised when 05 shipping companies denied helping me. Well, that's not a thing to consider now. I met Automoves through online recommendation and they shipped car right on the time. Fantastic job.
I booked transit with Automoves, who required payment up front. That should have been the first red flag, but it was a rush job. I held the payment until the scheduled pickup date, and then they failed to show. That was three weeks ago.
Since then, they won't answer the phone, they keep passing me between contacts, and nobody will process a simple refund. All the voicemail boxes are full, and they have sketchy names like "WestJet Reservations" when you're leaving a response.
I suspect they're on the way out of business, so I guess I'm lucky they just have my money and not my vehicle.
Save yourself, use any other vehicle shipper!
I couldn't have asked for better service than what I got from Automoves. Everyone on the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful! My car was delivered ahead of time without a single scratch.
The price that you get is the price that you pay, with no hidden fees. Prices were slightly lower than most competitors. It's amazing to see that they can combine lower costs, and better services!

Dear Leo, you dropped your vehicle off at our terminal in Toronto on Sunday January 18th. Our staff came out to meet you even though our office was closed to help accommodate your schedule. Payment was supposed to be made by you prior to transport as was clearly stated in our terms of service. Our office contacted you on Monday and Wednesday to confirm that payment has not been received and therefore the vehicle is still at the terminal. Indeed, we called but could not reach you so we followed up by text and email. Your car never moved from the terminal lot - the address that you brought the vehicle to yourself. Your claim about police makes no sense because nobody called us and the vehicle was in the same spot you left it because the shipping service was never paid for. Instead, your friend came to pick the car up and our office waived your cancellation fee and did not charge any storage fees.
