They don't accept any returns and do a really good job of not telling you that until you read their facts and questions page. These guys suck and I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them or supporting them I'm only going to write negative stuff about it. Their shipping isn't that fast either i had another decal sent through USPS and beat it by 2 days.

I recently ordered a stripe kit for my 2014 Camaro. I was happy with the kit itself once i got it but extremely unhappy about communication with the company. First of all when you place an order you get no email verification of the order being received. The only communication you get is a shipping e-mail once the item has gone out which can be several days later. In the meantime you're in limbo wondering if the order went through. The item has a shipping number so you can track it but all you get is an error page when you try to use it. As has been said by others there is no phone number and e-mails are ignored. I can't imagine how you stay in business this way.

I ordered a spoiler for my car. It is a 2007 Volvo S80, the spoiler stated it would fit model S80 for Volvos 1999-2007. When I received the spoiler it was inches off from fitting my car. Where the bolts are supposed to be were to wide and hung over my car so if I was to bolt it down I wouldn't be able to open my trunk. I figured it was a mistake and they accidentally sent me the wrong one so I reached out on email to the company but they were in denial that that was the one I ordered. Clearly I would not spend $200 on something I know would not fit my car, anyways they said I could return it but it would cost me 25% of my total. To me that's ridiculous because they advertised a product that doesn't even fit the vehicles they said it could or they just sent the wrong one and refuse to admit it. In the end complete waste of time and money.

Purchased stripes for my 2019 ram 1500. Arrived quickly which was very cool. Went to install and then all heck broke loose. First graphics had a weird scar like line through each of them, like rubbing a coin over a piece of wet paper. Okay, figure heat gun will help smooth it out. Then as we are laying the pieces they were cut out for a different vechile or something, i had to use knife to make cut outs work. After all said and done, looked like c--p. Got so angry and upset just ripped them off the truck. I have been laying decals for 20 years i know what i am doing, these were the worst level of vinyl i ever used. Dont get robbed $120 like i did, buy elsewhere for less. I will be contacted BBB to file complaint as well. These people need to stop selling a bad product.

Bought a Jeep hood graphic from these guys, and I gotta say, 5 star customer service for this company... I had some questions before ordering, they answered my email within the hour, and after I purchased I received the decal in 2 business days!

I had seen these negative reviews they receive about customer service, and I asked them about it. They said it comes from competitors, from people that mess up installation, or from customers trying to scam them for free products or free replacements... looks like alot of reviews from this site fall into one of those categories... but no issues here, I would HIGHLY recommend AutoGraphicsPro for vehicle decals and graphics!

I ordered vinyl graphics for my truck from AutoGraphics Pro. It was packaged so professionally. After receiving many packages from Amazon that are so poorly packaged, I was very impressed in the way they protected the vinyl from any damage. I required some after purchase assistance from them and they responded in a way that was beyond my expectations. I will be recommending AutoGraphics Pro to anybody needing quality vinyl and excellent customer service.

I was pleased with the initial purchase and application of the decal on my Toyota Tundra. After a year of use, I needed an accessory piece to add to the package. My first email was responded to by an automatic reply which stated if they do not respond in a reasonable time then contact them. Five days passed with no reply. The ludicrous aspect is there no way to contact them except via email, no phone number is published. Sent a 2nd email with no reply. Making a good product is only half of a good business, Customer service is the other half.

We are actually competitors to this company because we offer many of the same types of products, but feel like we should come to their rescue. We purchased from them recently because they had a vinyl graphic we needed for a customer.

We had zero issues with the company or product, and they delivered a professional product very quickly. We gotta say, we deal with these "negative" reviews for our vinyl graphics as well, so its good to remember one thing... customers either leave 1 star reviews or 5 star reviews for automotive vinyl graphics, there is no in-between!

The reason is, either a customer does the job right and correctly installs the graphic on their car, or the customer or their installer screws up installation and blames either the vinyl product or the company they bought from.

Look people, this isn't rocket science! This is what you need to do: Clean and prep vehicle, put sticky side down, squeegee correctly, and that's it... 5 star review time if you follow the instructions or use an experienced install... if you don't have a 5 star installation then please stop blaming others for your own incompetence!

Had a wonderful experience with AutoGraphicsPro! They had the best prices I could find on graphics, bought some brand new 3M racing stripes, they fit just like OEM stripes and the quality was top-notch. I would recommend them. I used a professional installer, and I would also recommend that as they include info on finding installers. They also have a warning about "doing it yourself", because they won't give away free pieces if you mess up an install, so it would be worth your time and money to find someone if you are not experienced installing vinyl graphics.

I ordered a graphics kit... the passenger side hood rally stripe was ruined because sections of the glue on the backing of the sticker would not come off...
I asked the company what my options were... and they pretty much blew me off saying it was my husband's fault for not knowing what he was doing. (My husband has installed stickers on several occasions and never had this problem, and we did not get the backing wet during installation...)

So... I went ahead and ordered a whole new set.

This time... they came out of the tube wrinkled.
My husband was able to work out all of the wrinkles except for 1 in the passenger side hood sticker. *** Let me add, that this is the SAME sticker we had issues with the first time we ordered.
I e-mailed to see if they would replace that sticker... and all they want to do is refer to a disclaimer and pass it off as my husband is an amateur.
I would think after purchasing the same exact product twice, the company would want a customer to be satisfied...
But instead, their response was cocky and rude...
This was the response I got after I told them that if they chose not to make this situation right I would contact the BBB and write reviews about my experience...
"Vinyl will wrinkle if not installed correctly, that's just a fact. Anyone that installs vinyl knows this, so leave all the reviews you want it actually helps my business and encourages amateur installers to find a professional installer to do it right the first time...

So please purchase from someone else, and when you have the same problem with installation you can leave the same reviews for them."

How is that for customer service?

Their prices are cheaper than most... but... you get what you pay for.
