Very bad service. Ordered £247 for 3 items. Took my money. Then 5 days later told me wasnt in stock and offered an very expensive alternative. Will not use again. Should know in stock or not.and should reply within 24 hrs if out of stock
They have a return policy that is not worth much, you pay an extra fee for, as you think, free return of parts that do not fit your car, but there you are allowed a maximum of 1 part per invoice so the value of this so-called "insurance" is very very limited as you are not allowed to open the package to test if the part they sent fits your car. You need to know exactly what part you need because their "technicians" can not determine. They require the original part number which can hardly be obtained on, for example, an old rusty brake part. I have two example of MB cars that have given me lots of problems by Autodoc. My deal with them this very last time includes almost $ 1000. They have such a poor admin so they do not find the order you gave them a couple of weeks before. I can not recommend Autodoc as a business partner
