I liked support services. Although it took longer to ship the car than I expected, but Daria guided me through every step of the vehicle purchasing and shipping process. Thanks to her assistance, I had a smooth experience, and I'm definitely planning to buy from Autobidmaster again in the future.

These people are crooks. If I could give negative stars, I would. They don't tell you the fine print until after you've committed to what your are buying. Expect to have many "fees" added, the one that really got to me is the hefty delivery fee from the only option available to choose from which happens to be their "recommended" delivery service (you can't go pick it up yourself so this is forced). Turned the $1800 car that I was going to buy into a $4000 car very quickly after all the bull$hit was over with. Not only that, but just like many others would do… I backed out after seeing all the added fees, but wait! Theres more! The "Relist" fee is $949. I wouldn't recommend this company to a crack addict on the corner of the street.

This company, Autobidmaster, should be shut down because they are colded criminals bringing a bad name for the United States of A business image. I paid 7,000 USD for a car, and it's a year plus, and I have seen the car I paid them for.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this car auction platform. It's as if they take pride in being painfully slow at everything they do, especially when it comes to overseas buyers like me.

First off, their response time is beyond abysmal. It's like shouting into a black hole and hoping for an echo. Days would pass before I'd hear anything back, and by then, I'd forgotten why I contacted them in the first place.

Processing anything on this platform feels like a torturous journey through molasses. Simple tasks that should take minutes somehow stretch into hours or days. It's like they're working with a team of sloths on sedatives.

And let's not even talk about their penchant for delay tactics. If you're an overseas buyer, brace yourself for a masterclass in procrastination. It's like they have a competition to see how long they can keep you waiting for that crucial information or document.

All in all, I wouldn't wish this car auction platform on my worst enemy. If you value your time, sanity, and the ability to complete a transaction within a reasonable timeframe, run as far away from this platform as possible. It's a slow-motion nightmare.

Don't ever use them.Buy from copart instead. I am located overseas (Europe GREECE) which makes things a lot more difficult to buy and manage the shipping.

All went good until I paid them to ship 2 of them in a warehouse they ship with their own company called EASYHAUL and I give the AutoBidMaster clear instructions to call 2-3 days in advance for an appointment to warehouse which they did not and when they tried to deliver obviously the warehouse didn't accept the vehicle and now the autobidmaster send me an invoice and an email that says I get charged 600 for dry run and 25$ each day for storage until I pay and they keep me vehicle hostage and they want me to pay the trucker 600$ fine because THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY I paid them and give them instructions simple and clear they only care about charge your account nothing else run away buy direct from COPART.
In the photos you will see that I have actually purchased 6 vehicles and ordered shipping with them for the 2 the 1 went ok but other not… as you can see they assigned driver for the 16 of the month and delivery for the 17 which could not happen as there was no appointment with the warehouse and as everyone knows the shipping companies are not autobidmaster's or Easyhaul's' backyard to appear whenever they want…

As of 08/16/23... They SUCK! They only accept Zelle, MoneyGram or bank wire transfer for payment. Zelle can't be used because their email address has been used too many times according to my bank (NFCU). MoneyGram has max transfer limits leaving wire transfer as the only way to pay. Payment has to be made in 24 hrs. So because I can't get them paid in time I have to decline the vehicle which cost $899...lol... ironically they'll accept credit card for that. Straight money hustle. Conversely, CoPart has at least 10+ ways to pay! Next time I'll use my general business license and purchase directly from CoPart!

Save your life, don't even try this people. They'll charge so many fees and they'll regret like me. I registered and paid $200, and I bought a car, and they sent some much fee after that i didn't know and they blocked my account for reason. I'm still paying the fee till now and I still don't have my car + the paperwork of the car.

It was a blatant disregard for the customers' trust and a clear indicator of the company's lack of integrity.

To make matters worse, the missing parts were not minor components that could be easily replaced. Autobidmaster included crucial elements like the headlights, sensors, and engine parts. These were not items that could simply be purchased off the shelf; they required specialized knowledge and expertise to source and install. The financial burden of repairing such extensive damage fell squarely on my shoulders, effectively turning my supposedly good deal into a costly nightmare.

Autobidmaster stole parts from my Range Rover (front side: headlights, front bumper, adaptive cruise control sensors, etc.).
