Expect to be charged at least $50 to return anything EVEN if it's not your fault. They don't size watches correctly, item was listed as Brand New yet it came in a damaged box. No paperwork from the Watchmaker which makes you wonder where they get these from. Sketchy to say the least! They claim the charge is for shipping yet the shipping didn't cost as much so what are they charging for?

It's rare I get bit but did with Authentic Watches. Doesn't come with a Rolex warranty, so very low resale value. Tried to resale to them within a year and no response from Authentic Watches. Item didn't keep time and had to take it to a Rolex dealer to get fixed. They may have watches, but they are way overpriced. Be patient and wait on a new watch from Rolex. Their warranty is useless.

Pasting a note I received from these folks on a warranty repair: "...Your watch has been received and forwarded to the service center. After a thorough examination by the technician, it has been determined that your watch needs a complete overhaul, which is not covered by our warranty. Once payment is received, service will commence on the watch and it will be returned to you after completion of servicing and testing. Please note that this quote is only valid for 30 days from the date of this invoice. Sincerely, Service Department AuthenticWatches..."

Sure, I get it, you don't want to honor your warranty which IS a product sold by terms and conditions. The problem is, this won't be the end. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered a watch that could not get it to work through Amazon. Got an RMA and a promise that i would be refunded less the shipping costs. Instead they only refunded 1/2 the value of the watch stating there was a $1050 'restocking fee'. Horrible. They lied. Stay away.

Bought 2 rolex from them. One came with a Z serial number. Meaning 2006 it was made. Try to tell me it was store display. It was not on display for 15 years. I had to get it serviced. No, I did not send it to them for the service. This was all done in day 1 to 7 of receiving the watch.The other came with minor scratch on it. Told me I needed extra links for my 8 inch wrist size. So I paid the 1k for them. I only needed one, not 4. Refused after they said I could send them back. Finally they said 600 in store credit!? Sold them on ebay. Everyone I talked to when buying the watch was some how not working there anymore after I got the watches. Had to do wire transfer... it goes on. Was not smooth what so ever. Make sure you ask dates, and many other questions.

What started off as possibly a great transaction turned out to be a complete nightmare. I shall be making my transactions elsewhere after wasting valuable time with a business with such poor customer service.

Charged me $700 restocking fee for a return falsely claiming I took off and replaced stickers and scratched the band. The band was too small for my wrist so I never got to wear it. No way I took off and remounted stickers. Highly doubtful I made deep scratches on the band when it was only out of the box for 15 minutes.

Since the company is not a reseller, I believe the watch was sold and returned by the third party jeweler they originally acquired it from. Their problem should be with that company and not me who did business in good faith.

Do not buy!

I ordered a watch band from these guys that would take 6 months to deliver. They charged me immediately and never contacted me about the order again. I finally made contact with them after a year and they indicate that the watch band is unavailable. I said fine please return my money. They indicate that they cannot refund my money, but would happily give me a store credit to use on their website. Problem is I do not want to do business with these people and I do not want anything they have especially given the other reviews. Do not give them your money!

I have purchased two rolexes and one omega from them. They have all been exceptionally perfect. One roles was a mans', about 3 years ago and runs perfectly. The Omega was a ladies and same thing. I just received another womens rolex and is great. They deliver on time, they only charge half before delivery, and the total after you receive the product. They deliver when they say they will. They told me the womans rolex would be no more than two months and I received it on time. I highly recommend them. Read their reviews so you can judge for yourself. They are reliable ans when you call, you actually speak to knowledgable employees. Exactly what I ordered and with all the certificates

They sent me a Rolex with no papers. This wouldn't be an issue had they actually specified the fact it doesn't come with papers. Any reputable site would state the fact that a Rolex doesn't come with a green card. Not having the authenticity guarantee card seriously devalues the watch for resale. The picture on the site even shows a green card. Which I have a screenshot of. Any reputable watch site states whether it comes with original papers or not. Buy at your own risk. The watch is flawless as advertised. But it's shady when you don't specify the fact it doesn't come with papers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered a watch and paid for it
They told me it was delayed in shipping and would be shipped after it came to their office for Inspection.
Finally, after 6 months waiting they said they shipped it the day I ordered it. I never received it! Beware!

These people were a total disappointment! They did not price match 2 vendors I provided and Susan stated they price match based on "value". BS after BS. I paid for my watch online through Amazon pay on their website then they refuse to send the watch because they require bank wires for amounts greater than $10,000. They do not want to pay American Express fees. Therefore there misrepresenting the price of the product. Customer service is of no concern to them. I will not do business with these people ever again

I really liked my Tag heuer i bought, so i thought i buy another one but in a local official TAG HEUER dealer. Then showed the one a already had...turns out to be a really good FAKE.
When we put the serial numbers into the TAG HEUER account the number engraved came out as unknown
So we sent it to Switzerland. And YEP a very expensive FAKE TAG HEUER.

Customer service was very friendly and eager to help with all my questions. No pressure at all. They helped me with a new band as well. I got my watch the very next day... brand new and perfect. Thank you!

Based on my experience the negative reviews are all true. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a new Omega DeVille watch. When I opened the package the watch was obviously used. No Omega outer box, no Omega paperwork, no Omega hang tag and no Omega protective stickers on crystal, back of case or buckle. Every new Omega I've ever purchased has all these. Not authenticwatches, they sent me a used watch with a piece of aftermarket wrap around the entire case. Plus, the case was scratched and the leather strap featured one hole much larger than the others, which was obviously the one used for wearing. I immediately called customer service and was told that they don't sell used watches. I returned it and then received an email that they were charging me $230 restocking fee (and taking it out of my refund) because they said they sent me a new watch and I returned it used! Unbelievable! When I appealed to them that I received it used, they responded - sorry but we sent you a new watch. Essentially calling me a liar. An incredible scam and a horrible experience. I am a watch collector and I buy and sell on eBay with a 100% satisfaction rating. I can be trusted to be honest. My order through Amazon Pay was cancelled by Amazon on date of order and email provided for cancellation and still authentic watches shipped the watch and expected me to pay duties, taxes and return fees and stocking fees.

I tried to inform authentic watches of amazon pay cancelled and still they pushing purchase on me. Really bad customer services. Please be aware that this seems to be not a professional company that doesn't seem to be even supported by Amazon Pay.

I purchased my Omega watch through this website, and it wasn't a good experience.
The information and the picture that was shown weren't complete and match with the description and the watch!
When I received my watch, it was absolutely shocking because first it wasn't what I expected and second, it was defective, and the crown didn't work and even came out too far.
Besides that, they have zero customer service.
They made me pay for my return shipping and deduct 10% stocking for the watch that I even didn't open or use!
We took the watch to the Omega store to check its authenticity and performance, and the retailer told me this is a defective product and that they should have provided us with the correct information, because the website and picture didn't mention anything about the battery-operated model (old model), and the picture of the bottom of the watch.
I also spoke with their manager and emphasized when people are paying a few thousand dollars for their purchase and shop with you, you need to check the item's accuracy and authenticity, and whether it is working properly or not and then ship it to the customer, but he rudely responded that this is not our responsibility.
Very upset about this company, and absolutely do not recommend even trying them once.

I purchased a rolex datejust2 witch they told me and as mentioned on their website that the watch is 100% brand new, but once I received the watch i was really surprised the watch was without clasp and not working at all i toke the watch to local service center and they told me the watch was polished by third party and movement have been replaced by fake parts.

Please people beware from them even if u return the watch they well charge you for that be careful.

I purchased the watch about 5 years ago. I sent it in for warranty service. I receive a bill for $995. It needs service they said. We don't profit on service they said. I demanded my watch back. For days they sent me the bill despite having advised them that I wasn't going to pay it and to return my watch. Finally told me it would take weeks before I would have it back. Why would it take weeks? They still have my watch - an expensive Breitling. I had previously bought another Breitling from them. This one has a lifetime "worthless" warranty. I would never deal with them again. You get what you pay for!
