I placed an order in December, according to the website, in time for a Christmas delivery... Did not here anything until I contacted them. Was then told my delivery would come, but not in time for the holiday. Fine, but now it is January 17th and they are not responding to my e-mails nor have I received the product, although they certainly got their money! My daughter is having the exact same problem

I have been having the same problem. I ordered a Percy harvin jersey about a month ago and it is still not here. My problem also is that my college email was terminated upon the new year bc I graduated. I only received the first email saying they got my order. Does anyone have their contact info?
