My Husband ordered flags in January 2018 and the process today was just as easy and quick. The flags we ordered were delivered really quickly, we will use Australian Flag Makers again and highly recommend them.

The web site is easy to navigate and the ordering process is very quick.
The flag is made to a standard that rivals the best flags I saw in my 40 tears in the RAN/RAAF.
It arrived the next day after placing the order, I was impressed and very happy, as I had raised the flag pole earlier that day.

The website is easy to use and the checkout process straightforward. However, I feel your shipping costs are too high. The flag I purchased weighs only 400g according to the website and would definitely fit into a 500g Australia Post satchel which costs around $10.25 (Express Post) against your charge of $14.19.

I have used Australian Flag Makers for a few years now and purchased both custom flags and Australian Flags. The flags have been of high quality and the design work for the custom flags has been excellent.

Very easy, although I thought I only ordered 1 as it said quantity 1and when I got parcel there was 3 flags. When it said x3 I thought it was the quality, not 3 flags. I have rang the company was very happy with who I spoke to and have returned 2 for refund. The delivery was very fast and I would order from them again. Julie Cole

I was very happy with the professional service I received from Ben at Australian Flag Makers. I requested my flag online, emailed a copy of my design and received a mock up for approval within 24hours. I made a couple of small edits for which I received a second mockup which I approved and paid for then received my flag within 48 hours. Ben was great to deal with and the flag is really well made and looks superb.

An easy process, and great communication, My ANF arrived promptly, and it is everything that is stated on the website. In fact even better, in my humble opinion, it is of very high quality, and it will fly proudly, at its New Home of and Old Soldier.
