I had an assessment to make with about 8,000 words. I was not expecting these guys to make a perfect job tutoring but at least to give some direction to help me get it done faster.

The assessment would come with a background scenario and therefore their tutoring model should be tailored for the specific case, rather than of general context.

I got in touch with them almost 2 weeks before the deadline for the delivery of the assessment. When dealing with the sales people in relation to their high prices I was told the following: "We work for quality and in order to get quality work with experts, we need to pay them a fair amount", "There is no point of paying bit less to others if you don't get quality work".

I was therefore misled to believe that my money would be well spent, and I was ready to pay $400 for their "quality" essay. They also used other sales techniques such " we are already giving you more than 50% discount", "We never gave more than 50% discount to anyone, we are giving you because we are looking for long-term business relations".

Few days after my payment, I receive their file, and once I open it, there is a big surprise. The quality of their work was so appalling that it could be defined at its best simply outrageous. Please find some extracts for you to have a better idea:

Besides the broken English, most of the essay would not even address the specific questions in relation to the background scenario, but would rather be of general and vague context just for the sake to achieve the expected amount of words.

I complained about the outrageous work done by the tutor (which by the way they define as the expert) and asked to have the job done by a real and professional tutor, who understands the topic of the assessment and who is able to deliver an essay in accordance with the scenario. I also made clear that, should they not be able to deliver the service I paid for, would be better to refund me so that we would't be wasting each other time.

After a couple of days I receive a "new" file. The content was basically the same as before, with the only difference that someone spent some time trying to translate in better English the same essay previously received. So now that the English grammar was fixed (one would think that correct English grammar is a given considering we are dealing with "Australian best tutors"), the context would still be not in line with specific questions and made just with a bunch of phrases relating to the general topic to fill up blank spaces.

I lodged therefore another complaint to explain how useless that essay was. The "expert" replied my email saying: "we don't think so that you have properly seen your assignment", "reply to us in which portion you required any changes. Which part of the task is not fine and we will make changes".

So basically I found myself at this point with a useless job done by the "expert", 3 days before the deadline and also having to explain the "tutor" why their work can go straight to the bin.

I replied their email explaining some of the huge amount of issues in their essay. To do so I had therefore to spend an additional couple of hours tutoring the tutor on their mistakes!

Besides that, due to their incompetency, I found myself to spend few days to do the assessment they were supposed to help with, 3 days before the deadline and with $400 less in my account!

I wish I never came across their business.

P.s. NO REFUND GIVEN, despite the useless service provided and the time I had to spend to tutor their tutor!
