“Audio Stupidity”

I have attempted twice to order product from this company…both times I got discouraged and ordered else where. Amazon to be exact. Your try to give the small retailer some support. Which in this case they don't deserve it. The bone head that chased me away most recently was Brian. He claimed to be their top salesperson. But a stone in the parking lot has a higher I Q than he. He was not familiar with a high recognition audio product…said he didn't remember what I contacted him about…in short the guy is an idiot! And he told me. Probably you should buy it from Amazon. Took his advice. Wonder what the business owner would say! How they continue to stay in business is the question of the day.

Tip for consumers:
Do your own research and don’t buy anything from an idiot. They don’t deserve the business

Products used:
Did not order because salesperson Brian Orcutt said he was not familiar with the product…even though it was advertised on their Web Site

I made a purchase and then filled out a form to get a call back on a product I was interested in purchasing where I would be spending ~3k. The person who called me back had no idea about the product or any technical aspects at all and could answer no questions. They were rude and acted mad that I was asking questions. They obviously only called to take an order and didn't want to provide any sales support or information. There was no offer to get someone else that could help me with basic questions. They even answered one question incorrectly and when I pointed that out they got even more upset. I finally asked them why they were calling and the exact words were "Ok, this call is over." and then they hung up on me without a goodbye. I will never purchase from or recommend this company again. I do no appreciate being interrupted during my work day by a rude person that has no idea about products they are trying to sell and to make up for it tries to treat me as poorly as possible. What a looser, direct reflection of the company to have someone like this employed. Audio Axxholes would be a more fitting brand.

I am a customer at ASOS for a long time. And unfortunately, I'm done with this company after they never figure out with my refund on $450-600. That's a lot of money for me. I dropped my three packages more than a month ago. They never receive my packages therefore no refund for me because I don't gave proof of postage. They couldn't even provide me with a USPS tracking number that they usually send with the order. With that said, if you just drop your package without a proof of postage, you are losing you money. You are responsible for that and they will not help you with that and it us no matter how much you spend over there!

This site has been around quite a long time and sells a lot of good and not so good stereo equipment. The markup on audio is enormous so these dealers make plenty of money on what they sell and this site is in no way better or worse in their pricing than any other website. Like other websites, they publish reviews of their products. HOWEVER, unlike Amazon (and others) they do not publish any negative reviews or even reviews that are basically honest. This is disconcerting as one cannot get a feel for the true nature of a product if all the reviews are glowing and positive. This in my estimation indicates that they have an agenda (one of profit only) and have no real concerns about the welfare of the customer so in a sense they betray their name of being an "audio advisor". They are strictly salesmen of very low integrity, and not here to help you. Not recommended.
